Sorry ladies but I could not stay quite about this issue! never saw one here!
We must admit for some of us who just gain weight for the heck of it and fail to maintain ourselves and potentially beg ourselves to workout and show some improvement for the big day is not a myth!

right now im doing the most un healthy dieting :p but im loosing my weight.. i lost around 6kilos - 5 days.. i just drink the green tea mixed up with fresh lime juice 3-4 times a day and going to fitness... im not eating anything right now.. but when i will atleast lost 10kilos more then i will start eating healthy food... just tips for girls who wana lost weight fast ;D
btw i think this thread will soon be moved to the right section ;D

No one can beat me with a crappy unhealthy diet these days! I am having pastas, rice, roti what not that is ruining my weight. Turns out I eat more when i am stressed & having cold feet. Some one put some sense into me!

yeahhhhhhhhhh lost one stone mashallah so pleased with myself :Dwater is a must in my diet at least a litre sometimes even more even though i hate drinking water:smack: , all girls want to look good for their big day u just have to motivate yourself

i go through that phase to sweets my weak link is chocs and when u eat chocs its hard to stop so dont worry you r not the only one but if u feel u are eating to much stop and say to yourself im im getting married i gotta look the best on my day try and motivate yourself

Thankfully, Im not a chocolate freak so i get away with that. But rice & pasta and that too at work every day … uff! and you know I weight 66kg and the wedding is after 3 months …

oh my gosh how can u not eat - thts not my cup of tea even though u can go super thin !!! a friend of mine said to have peaches! n thts all she survived on .. peaches for weeks lol .. or salads ..
green tea is good .. honestly i work so cant let go of eating but yeah like the aunties say .. parhaiz karo ... plus i really believe in working out .. i tried yoga for two weeks and instantly shed pounds .. it was like wow .. its just about maintaining your routine!

with height 5 3" jee .. please some one scold me REAL REAL bad on not being serious. 3-4 times a week i do cardio exercises for 30 minutes and the remaining day i eat unhealthy food.
You should at least 10kgs. stop eating those carbs and work out!! (I just wanted to say that on text don't actually mean it :<)
I'm 5"4 and 53kgs although I don't work out I also don't eat pasta, roti everyday.
Try eating more healthy light stuff. If you eat pasta eat whole grain pasta with tuna and salad
and you MUST work out. go out on a walk or something.
