lol me too, same weight “sigh” …n my wedding is just in few days…nothing has really motivated me yet to loose…n the biggest hurdle is work…hardly get some time at home which is only spent in resting or bazaar k chakkar

I want to join the club too!!!! I want to lose some weight for my wedding and I've got a few months to go, so plenty of time for me to fall of the wagon and get back on it again, iA. But I want to join you ladies too. :)

Yea join !!! I emailed this lady on the blog obsession99.wordpress.com because I cant wait for her posts on weight loss - she emailed me back with a easy fat burning exercise link which shows one routine from yoga - and i personally know yoga does wonders
no exercise machine or going to clubs yay!
she promised to post it on her blog tomorrow so ill paste the link here when she does!

So how about we all post here what we ate everyday and how much we worked out. Maybe making a small club here would help us be motivated. So i’ll start with yesterday’s log:

Daffy … sometimes it also depends on whether you have a bod which is a apple shaped/pear shaped or a time-glass shape, mine falls between pear and time-glass and my extra stomach fat stands out like anything!

At 10 in the morning: tea with sooper biscuit :(
Lunch: 2 slices of bread with cheese slice in between
Mid eve: tea
Dinner: 1.5 chapati with chicken karahi
Work out: none
you actually have the perfect weight for your height please don't lose anymore
as for the rest why not eat more vegetables and fruit?
eat fish as well as chicken, turkey but don't eat much beef
also remember to drink lots of water!!

yaar i know i m not too bad but buttt my stomach and waist is cming out everyday and i m just too scared of it.
i try to maintain a good healthy diet but i fail :(

How can someone skip rope who doesn't live on ground floor? You can imagine the sound of dhum dhum and dhum that makes mom coming upstairs holding her heart :D
