I agree with Mamaof3, my dad suffers from something similar to what she described about her mother.
We use to live in Britain and he hated the weather there, every morning when he drove me to work he'd complain about the terrible weather, when we came to Pakistan he complains about Pakistanis being selfish and uncultured etc. and how much better Caucasian people were.
My mum was always happy Alhumdulillah, Masha Allah, she always saw the glass half full, in England she ignored the rain and instead talked about how pretty the green hills were, here she ignores the mean and scheming people and talks about how nice the warm weather is, she's always looking on the bright side, she keeps herself to herself, is happy and bubbly around everyone, doesn't talk ill of anyone, just prays and recites Koran all day or tends to her gardening and pet cats... I wish more people could be like her, daddy is lovely at heart but he gives me depression when I'm around him.
Happiness is not found by living in Pakistan, Britain or America, it's in ones own self.

Because at the first place I didn't want to come this kuffars country. I've been sent here by my family. I don't know I don't hate this country and I also don't hate ppl here. But what I hate why ppl like our muslims become so stupid here following kuffars way. I hate those actions not the ppl.
I don't want to see those nungi pungi tasveerain on the road and kissing and doing things on the road. I never saw those things in Pakistan. I don't want to see that at all.
Other problem is food problem every time check what we are getting haram or halal. We don't know if ppl are selling things to us by saying halal and if it's not. And how don't know how many times I ate haram without knowing.

Why I not go back to Pakistan?
Sometimes we are majboor can't go back due to different reason. Might be rizq, not all the family members want to go back as they don't feel the way I feel. My family is here. My relatives are in Pakistan but all are budkhuwah and dushman.
So I can't back laikin mera dil chahta hai aik bhi pul yahan na rahoon. As I love my country so much. I miss 14 August and each and everything of my country. How much I use to get happy on independence day I can't explain. Even I love the mitti of my counrty.
Some times when we can't do anything about something then we start rona dhona all da time. In reality I don't do all the time. But difinitely not to friends or strangers but to my family and I think I stopped now. Yes do that in my brain. That is why I feel restless here.

Illegal sex relations are even in Medina ,Makkah or even in Prophet(pbuh) or sahabas(ra) times.She is saying about ‘frequency’ that illegal things happened in Pakistanis much low plus but behind the veils as happened in every country but not so openly displayed.

dude, if you want to you can do anything that you want. I hve friends who moved back to Pakistan because they wanted to.
conversely there were people who went abroad just to study but decided they did not want to go back and ended up settling down.
It all boils down to what one really wants to do and to do it.

porn, openness, drugs and alcohol, she says you can’t trust people, boring, schools aren’t good, jobs don’t give perks and benefits like car with driver, you have to do groceries and iron your clothes yourself, no servants, maid are too expensive, houses are not nice, people complain if you make noise, don’t get to attend weddings as much, groceries are not halal, gosht smells, desi retaurants aren’t good, no jewelry shops, desi clothes are too expensive… do you want to hear more

You know Niksik what’s even more funny is when the people who complain are the ones who’re living on social assistance 
- unfortunately, I’ve seen this happen a little too often. Many people just take the facilities and freedom for granted, and just can’t stop complaining. I might be wrong, but it’s usually the people who’re extremely faarigh with their time, and this person you mention seems to be one of them.

my view is that yes there are things here you have to deal with, culture shock should only last so long.
Even if you are someone who was born and raised here, you can have gripes and issues with things ..public trasnport, inner city conditions, whatever.
at the end of the day you have to like the full package, with its good and bad aspects..and acknowledge that. otherwise it is total na shukra pana where one only harps on what they consider the negatives without acknowledging any of the positives.
Now if the total package with the good and bad does not add up for someone, they can move.
but that is when the excuses start.
