I think Musharraf should be given a way out by the means of a peaceful exit. I'm not for humiliating any ex-politician(s) because afterall, they were brought to the power by the public.
No, not really. Mushrraf was never elected to anything. He imposed himself on the nation and appointed himself president (only in Pakistan) 1st time around. In any case, I'm with SG. If you break the law, no matter who you are or what your status is in society, you must be punish. In other words, laws should be applied to all equally.
