Military takeover is not a solution for any internal problems. President of Pakistan should have established his rule till new elections. People of Pakistan, Bar associations and many more should have flooded pakistani courts with public litigations law suite. There are several ways in democratic system of running and or changing govt. Ask yourself is this method was adopted? If no then why not?

The criminal that is hogged to the presidency of a nation of 160M people needs not only to be dismissed but trialed in the court so no General ever in the future will coup against civilian government in the dramatic fashion as this moron chose or in any other way use political wing of Intelligence to create new lota parties. Enough is enough.
That being said, the real question is what is the most appropriate way to do justice with this idiot. He escaped on court martial for Kargil war with the first PCO in 1999 right after he over threw civilian government. Then only to save himself he ripped apart the constitution and the hope of 160M people last year in November and became the first ruler in the world who imposed emergency against his own government. House arrest respected judges, they and their families are not allowed to see sun light even. No connection with outside world. All because of one person. Just one person. He loves himself so much that he can burn the rest of the nation alive. He goes on and on, introduces NRO (what a shame) to forgive the very same corrupt politicians that he has been accusing and was gaining some support in his earlier years. Situation was ready in SWAT valley for action and then they fired some rounds in the mountain and claimed that they have cleaned the area and lifted the emergency (in real when the political goals were achieved). Maulana FM now honeymooning with ISI in Pindi. Since then there has been 5 brutal attacks in Swat, nothing has changed. The emergency was lifted because miraclously situation was stablised in 45 days. Mashallah. And then the former PM is assissinated few miles from GHQ.
I think court martial time is over, military will never admit its involvement in Kargil and its ex-general being the mastermind of the flop show.
