I know the jumma bazaar used to have better prices on Oil, daal, and other grocery items and there would always be lines there.

fruit and veggies, buying spices… and for buying Rs10 ki cheezeiN for my cousins coz I know they’ll lose it in 2 days… phir agley hafte ja ke aik aur Rs 10 ki cheez khareed leti thi

I don’t think I’ve been there to buy stuff myself but when we used to go uncle’s house, we used to pass through that bazaar as it was at an intersection we had to pass through. Mostly women used to be there negotiating with the shopkeepers
