telling your spouse that you are not feeling well and you need some medical care even then he goes to sleep or goes out to have dinner / lunch …to me this was ignorance…and the list can go on

Negligence is ignoring someone even after they make an issue - ANY issue - known and clear.

Doing things that might irritate your spouse.

Not being there for him/her even though you know you should be.

Having less and less to do with them and abandoning them…not just physically but emotionally as well.
