as per latest news (Sama & Dunya), EDHI ambulance has suspended its operation in Lahore and other areas because of not availability of gasoline.

I solved the cause of the petrol issue. Its Ishaq Dar. The ego maniac said we would have 15 billion dollars in reserves so he didn't authorize any payments to buy fuel.
I bet that is what it is. Why? Because according to the news we haven't had an oil shipment since Nov/Dec. And Ishaq Dar wanted his 15 billion dollar target before the new year. Knowing how egotistical these guys are this is what I bet happened.
