Would the circular debt have anything to do with OMCs' inability to hold higher reserves? With oil at its lowest price in 5 years, and forex reserves supposedly at +$15 bil. its a shame that the govt hasnt stocked up on oil. Actually, the shame part is reserved for the public for believing in BS spewed by the govt.
PML-N … despite of all loopholes and flaws in your party structure and inherent governance issues … you are still the best choice for 20 Crore Pakistanis !..
