depends if u into comedy its scrubs if u into serious/comedy drama over relationships u shld watch greys.personally i loveee greys anatomy...i find scrubs a lil lame at times.though if u wana try something in comedy acording to jim is hillarious :)

I think more people who work in hospitals and stuff enjoy Scrubs because its mostly medical jokes, and also half the time what JD is thinking is how I would think too- so its funny for me. Grey's is more social drama and not as much medical and its also not a comedy so yeah it depends what you're looking for!

They're actually completely different shows. The only similarity is the setting. Greys Anatomy is a primetime soap opera. Scrubs is a sitcom.
I've heard from doctors that Scrubs is the most realistic medical show on. :D

there is no similarity whatsoever between scrubs and grey's except for both shows based in a hospital. Scrubs is a sitcom and grey's a drama. So if you like drama watch grey's and if you like comedy, watch Scrubs.
when Scrubs started, it was one of a kind - an original and very funny comedy... the first few seasons might be some of the best TV made... but the last few seasons of the show were very, very weak... it just got stupider and stupider over the years... they should have ended the show some 3-4 years before they eventually killed it. Zach Braff is one hell of an actor though. and Sarah Chalke is hawt. loved the Janitor and Ted.
Grey's Anatomy is a lame soap opera... how do ppl watch such crap?

Add House MD. to the list and those three make up my most fav. T.V shows list. Those three are really very different. Scrubs is pretty funny, Grey's Anatomy very soapy and feels un-realistic with so much emphasis on the doc's personal relationships, House MD. has the most contorted sarcastic fun and I love it to pieces.

Actually I'd say House and Scrubs have more in common. House is obviously a much more serious medical drama, but there are moments of humor that make it unique. Plus the dynamic between House and his residents is often very similar to the characters in Scrubs, particularly in the shows' first seasons'.
Greys seems very generic and boring. I tried to get into it but I just generally dislike the characters and their silly dramas.
