I think we were lucky that inspite of being from peela school and paying fee of Rs 5 per month, we got a lot from our teachers than today’s generation.

I used to pay Rs. 21 per year in government school. I never paid more than 100/yr till matric.

5th, 9th and 10th cost little bit more because of enrollment fee of board examination…

Education system is messed up on many levels. Private (English Medium) and Public School (Non-English Medium) Private schools are also divided in term of fee structure. Quality of teachers (qualified teachers )

@Tahurra I had to change schools twice for elder one .. not extremely satisfied here but since I have seen the worse, shouldnt complain. No more choices younger goes to a different school and I am really happy with him. Husband wanted them to go to All-boys school so I had to take the elder one out from where younger is going.

16k per month..we have to pay 3-monthly fee together for each. THANKFULLY we dont get the fee bill of both together in the same month

lol yeah…vahaN jitnaa seekhaa usse ziyaada to ghar pe seekhaa!

As far as I saw every other student goes to coaching centres , but then I know very little of India so I could easily be wrong.

it depends where you study but the yearly cost of education [inclusive of books, food, modest lodging, transportation and average personal expenses] at any federal universities in India like AMU, U of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University ranges between:

Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000

coaching at school/college level at an average coaching centre runs around**:

Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 4,000 per month for 3-5 core subjects.**

Chalein good, mujhe bus yeh.hota hy itna ziada bachun k liye parents pay karty hain see app 16k pay karahi hain just for nursery and 1. Tu buss bachy achy se parhein, Allah taleem ko sahi se istimal karny wala banaye, bachun mein ehsas hona chahye !!

I know of people in Saudi who pay around 40k for primary school education of their children.

maiN ne jo iKhraajaat likhe the vo Undergraduate aur graduate level ke the. medical students kii fees aur ziyaada hotii hai. these universities educations are subsidized by federal and provincial governments. a lot of students get some kind of scholarships/bursaries/loans as well.

i did BSc from AligaRh Muslim University in India and i paid very little fees [around Rs. 100 per month], i never had tuition and i received scholarships. i got my education for FREE! :)
