no i'm not usually into tummy workout, neither crunches, abt current diet, well i take light bf a cup of tea with bread or rusks, noodles in lunch mostly n normal food in dinner,
i have already cutted down all those cold drinks n all,also e'm not very much fond of eating sweets, em just fond of haveing T
Thats it, can u plz tell me some tips n crunches for tummy, also i wanna ask that i've herd if we discontinue soem how those crunches then again tummy comes out? is it true or myth?
