Re: Sanaullah store

Hi, ladies. Just been viewing your threads. After my mishap with the Libbas, the chor,. Do your homework first online about buying from stores that are abroad. Western union if you paid online will charge you a further 3or 4 quid when you pay by debit or credit card. I used them last month to pay for items to the chor.

Re: Sanaullah store

Yeah BB they are not stocking them. Since I had no otherway of getting them, I asked them if they can get and stitch them for me.
They agreed as have been their customer for a long time so they did a favour…:flowers:

Re: Sanaullah store

They have done this kind of thing for me too :) Once I bought something from a HBD in Karachi and it was turning very expensive for shipping for just 2 suits. I requested them if I could ask the HBD to deliver my stuff to them and if they could send me all together and they agreed. They have awesome customer service!

Re: Sanaullah store

I was a very satisfied customer until I received my first stitched order. I ordered 3 suites, 2 from Sana Safinaz (2a and 7a) and one lala from the sana samia midsummer collection.....horrible stitching...every possible thing that can go wrong ....went wrong with these suites...I requested full sleeves but everything else as in catalogue...I requested straight trousers but with 11 inch (one side measurement) paincha...what I got is trouser like tang pajama....with 6 inch painchaa....none of the suite is according to the catalogue....7a is stitched for xxxl lady...with 17 inch teeraa and 28 inch hips.....(actual were 15 teera and 20 hips....).2a has deep gala on the back and messy stitching.....in catalogue design arm embroided part was used for shirt side panles and bordres but they just stitched arms as in 2b but front with plain side panels and no border.....on 7a the front part of shirt with printed border is on the back and front is plain...I just wasted $270...my hard earned money.so mad and disappointed...even more when I complain and they reply me back...I must have ordered these like this....what??? I asked them to send me the measurement chart I sent them online and in comments try to explain all but till now have not heard back from them....I will post the pics once I figure out how to post...

Re: Sanaullah store

Re: Sanaullah store

Hello,

This is Wakeel from Sanaulla. I would like to clarify on few points here that are posted by our customer Ms Lifeisfun and this would also give us an opportunity to answers any concerns others may have.

For LALA suit, please note that the suit image that you are referring to have sleeves made from chiffon dupatta. The picture that we have used and advertised is actually a sleeveless picture so the shirt material is used for sleeves. There is no triangular thing with the suit, the picture and point you are referring to only indicates a border given with the suit which has been used in your suit. Now referring the daman of the same suit shirt, the borders again used at the bottom and NOT provided with the suit but dupatta fabric and other material are used. The reason why we did not used those borders were primarily because the length mention in the measurement form would been ignored if we had added those borders.

Now coming on to D2A. the attached image is definitely stitched by us keeping in mind if there are any customer preferences. Logically speaking if the image we are following have no sleeves and a customer ask to add sleeves not mentioning anything else that sleeves can be added through any pattern. Right now we have several suits of same design stitch differently all depends on customer preference. The images that we post does not mean to show that this design will be followed for all suit UNTIL AND UNLESS CLEARLY SPECIFIED.

Now coming on to D7A, the border that you are indicating is given with the sleeves fabric could have been used as the border shown in ‘other images’ (and not the catalog image). But then again, we had to match the length mention by you in your measurement form.

We are not saying that this is your fault or ours, but you have to be specific if any special instruction or designs are to be followed. Otherwise we will stitch it as catalog and rightly so as we advertise about that only. Particularly for Sana Safinaz designs there are images posted by us that are stitch differently. We post them so that customers have options of getting them stitched differently but this has to be mentioned to us at the time of stitching.

You may send us those suits back we will rectify them and take care of finishing as well, the suits will be posted back to you at earliest.

This comes as a lesson for us to which tells to have more communication with the customer if there is slightest of confusion even if delays the order delivery.

Thank you

Re: Sanaullah store

^^ I asked for 51 inch length.....is that too small for any design to be accommodated....as per our email convo I have concluded that here in north America for businessman " customer is always right" but for Pakistani business man " customer is always wrong..." I have proved to you that lala suite comes with shafon sleeves, 2a,7a were stitched by a very new tailor and he didn't know how to read your measurement chart in ENGLISH. The gala on lala suite is attached with single stitch by sewing machine...not properly attached at all....I must have requested that too....7a front side is used as back side...I instructed you to do that as well including the teera to be 17 inch and hips 28 inches...I also emailed you asking that you got my measurement right...and if anything missing...let me know....If you think you are right...post my measurement chart. I have been asked to send these suite back and they will try to alter these....it will cost me $60 to ship these to Karachi....what you guys think...is it worth it? or should I just donate these to local charity?

Re: Sanaullah store

Your suits are beautiful :) They may not be exactly to your specifications, but you still have 3 lovely suits. You’ve paid $270, and when you comparison shop online, or locally within North America, you see that you have a BARGAIN on your hands. Instead of going through the expense of returning the suits to Karachi, maybe they can be altered locally? If you are entirely dis-satisfied with your purchase, maybe you can sell them (online through ebay, or locally) to recover your expense? I am sure that Sanaulla can clarify their stitching policy based on this incident.

Re: Sanaullah store

As already discussed, you will be sending us the suits back we will rectify them and if there's a need replaced them and send it back to you. This will be done on priorty basis so that minimum time is wasted.

Thank you and I apologize for this, ensuring a better service next time.

Re: Sanaullah store

^^ Thank you very much.
