Has anyone from the UK ever purchased clothes from here? How long did it take? And is there a risk of having to pay additional custom fees?

No its just that some time they charge the duty at the Airport...

Mine and my sister’s latest purchase from Sanaullah Store.
We sent money on 5th March and we had the suits to wear on a party on the 9th. We asked them to change the way the suits are stitched as we didn’t really like the catalogue designs. They were very accommodating and service was excellent as always.
We didn’t buy any SS silk suits due to all the bad reviews but I love my suit. Also they had reduced the prices so got them well cheap, which was great

I had to share these pics with you guys. They are sooooooooooooo cute lawn suits made for my little niece by the wonderful team at Sanaulla. We are very grateful to them as we have not been able to find anything decent for her ready made in the salwwar kameez range. They are just perfect
The team has made lot of suits for us and we have had a most wonderful experience. Keep up the good work.

I live in Europe and ordered 5 unstitched lawn suits from sanaulla. The payment was made via Western Union. The order arrived within one week. (no extra charges/custom fees). There was one trouser piece missing, I emailed them, they apologized as it was their fault and it is on its way + they offered me a discount on my next order, if I wanted that fabric to be shipped later with another order.
I emailed them a couple of times (before placing the order) and got answers within 3 - 5 hours every time. I’m more than satisfied and can recommend them.
As they didn’t have all the dresses, I ordered from Labels as well. And I’m regretting it now. Wrong tracking IDs (Yes, more than one!) and no answers! Terrible.

My first Stitching order was a disaster with them…but still I am a happy customer when it comes to Excellent customer service, Prompt delivery of suites and everything else. I sent my 2 suites back and they are in the process of being altered…It is so nice of them to offer me alteration service…they could have just refused..seeing Fizza4u suites…it seems like it was just one time mishap…I will definitely try them again for stitching…

What is the difference between Swiss voile and lawn? I saw some swiss voile suits on their website. Is swiss voile better in terms of thickness of the fabric, like i know most of lawn is see through kind. Also does anyone know if swiss voile shrinks or loses color on washing?

swiss voile is a thinner fabric than lawn. cool for the summer but mostly see thru, depending on the brand.
