Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

^ I do not watch Bollywood and I have no interest in any Bollywood Movie post 1975,barring a few.

But I think Salman is not married to Malika........................

Poeple differ everywhere dude.Even in this so called tight Islamic belief, you can spot belly dancers in middle east . :D What a contrast.

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

Really, Malaika can wear anything she like. there's something called Freedom of Expression.
and why are you all even doing all this bhais on this?
i think religion is a very rigid thing. everyone should have his or her own version of religion. if Salman believes that both Allah and Ganesh are God, let him believe. as far as i know, its Allah's will to forgive a person or punish him. so why dont just leave that to him?

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

Pls spare Mr.Salman.

I think one of his brother is...

Now there is nothing called tight Islamic belives, moderate Islamic believes or liberal islamic believes, there only one thing, Islamic Believe or No Islamic Believe, it applies to all living in ME and in India or any other place... but this is not the issue at the moment, you can enjoy Salman's celebration of something is totaly un islamic... he is no important to me nor does his acts and views ...

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

^O.K Agreed

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

:khumar:

Taking part in Hindu celebrations that include worship of Hindu gods?!?! I seriously doubt that. Things like Basant and holi are relatively secular and so I can imagine that is something Hindus and Muslims would celebrate together, but its wishful thinking for you to believe Indian Muslims are so "progressive"and so liberal that they would openly partake in Hindu rituals.

By my experience I have found Indian Muslims to be particulalry conservative.

Im not saying im offended by the notion of taking part in Hindu rituals, im just saying you give Indian Muslims far to much credit.

LMAO

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.

im not sure what this thread is doing in political forum to begin with

mods vi suttay nay ithay

I have lived with Indian Muslims,Indonesian Muslims and Muslims in Far East.I have found Indian Muslims very liberal, understanding and respecting India and Indian values and above all they do not consider themselves different from Indians.

I have personally seen Muslims taking part in Hindu religious festivals and offering their prayers at Hindu temples. It my not be worshipping the idols but many of them do offer their prayers.

One thing that amazed me was (a very particular and special case),Muslims offering their prayers at a Snake Temple in Kerala.(This temple is very famous for whats called `Sarpadosha' means repercussion because of snake's anger).

In India, the atmosphere is totally different from what you can witness in Pakistan and Middle East.

A few months back, mother of a Muslim youth from South India, had openly declined to pay the final homage to her son, citing the reason that he had been killed in Kashmir in fight with Army, and he had woked against this nation.(This youth had turned in to a militant under the brainwashing of a few extremists but only found his way to death).

Things are different in India. This is why you are not able to spot a single self exploding Muslim youth in India.

Btw:Holi is purely a Hindu festival.......In Sindh, especially in Karchi Muslims (particularly youths)take part in Holi because of their Hindu friends............... Basant is also a Hindu festival but Muslims do celebrate it in Pak Punjab..........

Re: Salman celebrates Ganesh immersion.
