Re: Revolution with Water
Can you quote the specifications and type of engines mostly used in portable generators in Pakistan? Just compare the engines with Toyota or Suzuki car. Are they using radiators with coolant running, as used in car engine? Are they self starting? If they are battery powered, what is the V and Amps of battery, how they are charged? What kind of alternator is provided in portable generators?
Why do you need alternator in generator?
Re: Revolution with Water
Why not all the supporters of this claim, including multimillionaire Ayaz Sumro pool money and invest in this amazing technology? Certainly billions of dollars worth of profits can be made using this innovation!

It has been stated in the news that some firm from Singapore and Dubai have already contacted the inventor!!!
the problem is, if even the invention is true as claimed by the inventor, still it would be hard to find investors for it because, who want to close Total, Shell, BP, Mobil etc?

This is very naive. If you knew how much investment is going into alternative fuels these days, you wouldn't say that.
That's that from me. I just posed a question, believing in the markets. Such ideas would be picked up within days and we should see mass production of these kits in millions of units in a few months. Until then, I'm very very skeptical.

Alternate energy is different ball game all together, one cannot compare that with what we have at hand!!! and if someone insist to compare both the naive is word for them...
Re: Revolution with Water
Alternate energy is different ball game all together........
Why? THIS IS ALTERNATE ENERGY source.
Re: Revolution with Water
Why? THIS IS ALTERNATE ENERGY source.
Did the alternate energy source challenged the OIL Giants big time??? and till this giants became giants, countries like France, US etc had already used up their water resources and where gone nuclear, ever thought, why Pakistan cannot built any other hydro power gen after terbayla and mangla??? and yet it kept on building the oil fired plants???
but this is going to make them shut their shops over night.... if one cannot pick the difference, then what more is there to say...

Just as I thought. Yahoodiyon ki sazish lagti hai. :P
Amazingly, these oil companies could not pressurize India into stopping using Hydel.
This guy should get a patent on his 'invention' as soon as possible, before Chinese get a hand on it!

lets say everything starts running on solar. then it will be a big challenge to the Big Oil.
you people are talking non-sense here.
why doesnt this guy take Hoodhbhoy's challenge and demonstrate it with a generator. there are now generators available that are made from a 16-valve car engine, which means there is nothing different between the two. if it can run a generator, it can also run a car.
there were other fake stories before. such fakes always "get" big offers from other countries and companies. but they always want to use it for the country.

That is because, even if india uses 100% of its hydel capacity, still it will be largely depended on fossil fuel for its power generation. something i thought you would have known, but it is alright and since when China cares about copy right???

basic assumption is wrong! no point in reading and commenting what is written after that!

Ahhhh.... never knew that the big oil companies are not letting anyone invest in this fantastic innovation because they want to keep Pakistan dependent on the oil.
Very prudent of them, indeed.

If this invention is as real the inventor say it is, then do you think it will be confined to Pakistan only and will not cross the border at all???
a group i know very closely is investing over a Billion USD in India in refinery project ( the project was initially designed for Pakistan), they can say good bye to their project... and now you can say, why should i not tell them.... and no, hell no, i won't tell them even their project have serious flaws in them... why should i...and besides, the investor who invest in billions normally have it all sides cover...
BTW do you know what is the size of Shell Petroleum world wide????

I need proof of this before anything goes ahead. So far, nothing satisfactory. Unless demonstrated to scientists, instead of TV anchors, I'm not believing. Not at all.

Do you see a gun pointed at you forcing you to believe in it??? or somebody have made a law in Pakistan that you have to buy his kit and unless you do it you are not allowed to drive? or you have been asked to put all your earnings in his project???
incidentally, Adus Salam, he failed his paper in which he wrote about his discovery??? and failed by who??? and then who gave him the noble price for the same... i am missing out on it, can you refresh my memory... but please no lengthy notes, in one line or maximum two!!!
Re: Revolution with Water
Let Will repeat the arithmetic exercise -
Battery energy used to produce hydrogen which is combusted to release energyvto run car.
So once battery is fully drained it needs to be recharged. Let us assume we have a 40 kwh battery. If used aloneit can transport car 100 to 200 miles.
But it is used to generate hydrogen.bathe efficiency for this process - 50% Max.
So we have 20 kwh of hydrogen.
This 20 kwh of hydrogen combusted. Eff of this 50% suppose. So 10 kwh available for lowering vehicle. Maybe vehicle travels 25 to 50 miles. After that it stops. Battery hes to be recharged by an external source. If that source is wind or solar that would otherwise not have been harnessed vehicle can be powered - still nothing new here.
Re: Revolution with Water
Brother hanibal
Plz drop it.
I was in school grade 8 or 9 when i read in my science textbook that running electricity through water generates hydrogen and that combustion of hydrogen releases energy that can be used to run engines.
Do you think no one would have tried this principle to run an engine before Agha Waqar Pathan when this info is know even to school kids for many decades. Obviosly generating hydrogen by electrolysis of water isn't efficient otherwise no one would have been paying to get gas from other countries.
Re: Revolution with Water
All I am saying is that in this day and age of information, innovations get instantly picked up and commercialized. If this thing is not, within the coming days, It would mean this is a hoax. Bringing in the conspiracy from big oil companies is way out of line.
