i sent dress which have made as according size which she gave me nd then sh e told i sent u my body size nd dress size but i care my customer nd agree to make again nd i told her send my dress back i will send u again nd she said she returned but after 2 month i didnt get my dress i realize she i playing game with me she want pay once time nd get dress 2 times she know she is wrong thts why she posting coments like this nd after i m tired i refund her money also so tell me as a seller what can i do for her more dear muzna everytime seller is not wrong some buyer is also wrong who thnking from pakistan seller is fool but i lost my money my dress i m not posting coments like this so why shabz, she didn't lost any thng.. i thnk now everyone one what she want ...

yeah my only complaint is she is saying that i never sent her the dresses… im posting my review because i want people to be aware thats all.. im washing my hands away but here is the attached picture of the receipt that i emailed her showing her that i did mail out the dresses..

This is not about who is right and who is wrong.
This is about who has the right to post comments and who doesn't.
She has a right to post a review of your services. You cannot ask her not to do that.
You cannot ask us to remove the comments either.

Najma size has always been an issue with you.. i specially said these are body measuremnets.. i even siad taht the last time i placed an order with u.. and the dreses were small and my mom had to alter them.. i dont know if u remember that.. u think i enjoy doing stuff like this... u know what. im done with u... i complained because i wasnt happy with ur service.. i can voice my opinion which i did.. so thats all im gonna say..

at time of order i told u gave me dress size so why u gave me body size nd if u are not happy with my service so why u place order in 2nd time because u know if u complain then we make agian ur dress nd send u agian nd in one price u will get 2 time dress waoo great idear shabz. when u r fail in ur purpose so u r coments here like this great ... but shabz don't worry in ramadan u r doing these all thng i left this matter on ALLAH inshaALLAH u will see which u r doing with me i nevery forgive u inshaALLAH ALLAH never forgive you...

the problem here Najma is that you cannot prove that she is wrong.
this is one person's word against another's.

furthermore, as a public forum we are not here to pass judgement based on either of your comments.

yes.....we can decide that the discussion has gone on long enough and that both of you have had enough opportunity to present your sides to the readership and we can lock the thread. we are getting pretty close to that point.

keep in mind that this will not stop someone else from coming and talking about the service that they received from you.......

The most successful service providers are those that graciously accept responsibility for a deal/process or negotiation gone wrong. They understand that one person with a bad taste in their mouth can impact several others.

I have seen many a good vendor take blame for things they have not done and refund money for no purpose but to make an otherwise irate customer happy. A good business person often considers these situations a "cost of doing business".

In this case you had to refund the money anyways.......why make allegations and ruin any chance of securing a good reputation.
A refund with a well-placed apology would have prevented all this.

Read my post again.
Nobody can prove the other to be wrong. This is a lose/lose situation.....mainly for you as a vendor.
If she has wronged you and you are interested in proving this then you should not have sent the refund. You should have asked her to prove that she sent the items back before sending the money to her.

Now that you have sent the money I would advise you to take the higher road.

At the end of the day, whether she has sent the items back or not, she has a right to speak about her experience with you.
You may not like what she has to say......you may believe her to be dishonest......it really doesn't matter anymore.

Whether or not this has happened to me is irrelevant. What is relevant is the impression that I am forming of your business and customer service skills. What is important is whether or not I may choose to do business with you in the future as a result of reading how you handle conflict here.

My daughter placed an order for a dress from US in June 2012 with Naj Collections (Najmi Mallick). Today is Dec 21st 2012, she failed to fulfill her promise to send the dress one day to us after making numerous excuses. I dont understand if Ms Najmi has a habitual problem of making unkept promises, or she is a crook. Here is list of her excuses to my daughter:
- Yes we received your order, it will me shipped by Friday
- It is already sent, havent you received it (Bought another 2 week)
- Sorry for confusion, we will mail it next week. PROMISE (bought another 2 week)
- Te payment was made through Paypal. In sept 2 months were over, by the time my daughter initiated refund, it was too late.
- In Oct, Yes, I have returned your money back through paypal.
- By Oct 10th, Sorry, didnt you get refund? My Paypal account is now disablled. I will send it
- Nov, Sorry, I will mail you the dress by Friday. Promise (2 more week)
- 15 Dec, problem reported to parents. Called her numbers, one is disconnected, the other stays off the hook. Placed negative feedback on her facebook account. In two hours, all feedback was removed, and she contacted me.
- Promised to send the money by Western Union. (Got another 3 days).
- 3 Days are up. No response from her.

I recently learnt that she has done the same to many customers in US. The address she gives doesnt exist. I will advice to everyone to watch out for her, and not place orders to this company. She will waste your time and money. We have done business with other Fashion shops in Pakistan, and results were great. This lady is low grade crook, and doesnt know how to run a business.

First of all I will like to say Thankyou to “Paklinks” site for allowing general community to place reviews and feedback. It is quite interesting to note that in west, most often reviews are more important than the actual quality of item. It is becoming very common to read reviews for specific business, or item before buying anything. I personally read negative reviews first, before looking at any positive ones. When it came to reading review for Najmi Mallick business, they were no where to be found except here. I will try my luck to place my review here.

I dont need to contact anyone. It is very very staight forward. We payed the money using Paypal in June 2012. She has full access to her Paypal account and can clearly see that she has not refunded anything back to us. I dont need to give her education on how to read her Paypal account info. She needs to send the money back to us, so we can close this horrible experience.

You people dont know how to handle customers. You dont know how to value customers time and money. Maybe one day you will learn that "Customer Review" has a lot of value. Whether it is 1$ or thousand, thats not the point. The point is trust and responsibility. Six months is a long time to send someone money back.

Did you use a credit card via paypal? If so, initiate a chargeback with the credit card company or paypal. They'll refund you from her paypal and she'll have to clear the balance on her own.
