Should Naj collections on facebook be Trusted???

i seen a lehenga that i really like and i seen on naj collections facebook page that she had it there. obviously shes gonna make a replica of the lehenga but when i emailed her i asked her the price and said if she can make an exact replica. she told me a cheap price like £750 whereas the outfit looks very expensive and said she can make it in three weeks. which i found surprising. i read a couple of reviews for her on here and ppl said that she took a long time to make the outfits but the replicas were good. i dnt know whether to risk it. i dnt mind the delay ill just order my lehenga a couple of months before but im scared that it not going to look like the picture. has anyone ordered from there and is it worth the risk?? here is her facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Naj-collections/133682659980931

does anybody know how i can contact prototype... and that group that tamibhat has posted hasnt got that many followers. estel that lehenga has very heavy work and 750 seemed cheap to me for the amount of work it had done. does anyone else know any other people that could replicate the lehenga for me... someone reliable and good!

i ordered from her once again and this time she completely went out of line... i ordered february 1st and july 1st comes i have no clothes.. this is my story... i ordered clothes from her.. i pay her thru paypal.. i get my clothes 2 months later... after constantly emailing her over and over again... well clothes are wrong size as usual.. i specifically said body measuremnts in my order form but all the previous times i have ordered from her as well she has never goten my measuremnts correct.. so i sent her the clothes back by USPS... i even sent her an eamil with the scanned receipt and paperwork.. i paid $40 on top of already what i paid her for the clothes... i never got my clothes.. but i did get my refund minus the $40 what i alrady lost with USPS.. its not abt the refund tho.. its the principle behind it.. she said she never got the package. i sent it by USPS... because if i would have sent it by fed ex it would have costed me $100 i already inquired with fed ex... she kept saying im a liar because i never sent the outfits.. if i dint send the outfits i wouldnt have written her so many emails... i emailed her so manyyyyy times... the 2nd time she said she sent the order by fed ex she said that fed ex had basically kept her order and she couldnt get it back because fed ex was overcharging her to ship.. so if she didnt want to pay fed ex then shouldnt fed ex give her the packages back?.. and then she said she sent out hte order the third time but by local post and she said she would send me a confirmation but whenever i would ask her for the confirmation she would change the subject everytime and her defense was that i lied and i never sent her the dresses back... so its not abt her refunding the money to me.. its abt her not sending me what i asked or even replyng.. i emailed her i think over 100 emails and facebook messages and all my email are so nice and im like really kissin her a... because i dont to lose either the money or the clothes.. either one. i dint care.. i ordered these clothes february 1st.. i dint get the dresses the first time until 2 months later and then for 3 months i went back and forth with her.. thats ridiculous.. i even know someone personally taht she borrowed mney from and she hasnt paid her back yet... thats how bad of a persons she is.. and she even attacked that person saying that u are invovled with (me) blah blah.. im like serioously.. that vendor doesnt wanna speak out because she is a vendor and ppl think she is doing it for her own business purposes.. that vendor used to order from najma all the time.. thats how i met her (thru najma) i dont mean to like give you a whole history... but i just dont appreciate najma threatening me saying taht she will take acton against me.. i wasnt happy with her service so dont i have a right to speak my mind?

she even posted in the thread that i made about her that i lied and have kept the dresses.. i dont even have the dreses otherwise i woudlnt have wasted 3 months of my life asking her about the dreses that she was going to resend. thats just sad how she can say that i have the dresses...

you have dresses have u any proof i received back my dress. i have proof u received payment refund... if u have proof i received my dress back so show otherwise stop lieing i don't want to wor like u people thts why i returned ur money nd if remember i told u i refund ur money because of ur behaviuos so you say sorry nd i accepted nd start again work but after realize u r a big lier i refund ur complete money back but u didnt send my dress nd now u posting comente here

Okay....enough.
When you provide a product or a service you accept the risk that someone may not appreciate your efforts and is likely to complain.
They may choose to complain quietly to you or very vocally in a public setting. Be prepared for both scenarios.
They have a right to comment about their experience with you so please do not complain about this. They will review the service that they received from you.

Now.....if you want to make sure that they give you a good review then deliver good service.

If you refunded the money then wash your hands of the matter and stop accusing her of lying. By your own admission you refunded the money to end the relationship.......follow through and end it. Stop making further accusations.

If you have returned the dresses and received the refund then it shouldn't matter WHAT she is calling you.....liar or otherwise.
You've posted your review and that should be enough.
Know when to walk away and let people draw their own conclusions......
