I placed an order with Naj Collections (Najmi Mallick) 2 months ago but still have not received it yet. It was only for 1 dress and she said it would take 3 weeks. I don’t know if she just gave preference to others who had more pressing engagements or larger orders or what. She said she mailed it last Monday and I would think it would be here by now but I’ll give it till Wednesday.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has ordered from her before and what has been their experience.

As I have mentioned in a earlier thread, I bought an outfit from Naj Collections over 2 months ago. When placing the order she said it would be ready in 3 weeks. After 5 weeks I contacted her and she stated she was busy but that I would like the outfit because it was of high quality. Then at week 6 when I contacted her again, she said she would be mailing on Monday (it was Friday). I contacted her a week later on Tuesday and she said she just mailed on Monday. Finally, yesterday, when I still did not receive the outfit and she was ignoring my emails and my IMs, I emailed her and threatened to report her to the appropriate authorities if she did not provide me with a tracking number. I also said that I would comment on every forum that she is a fraud. She never really returned my emails after the initial 2 weeks- I was only able to talk to her through instant messaging if she was on FB the same time I was, but then she started ignoring my IMs as well.
So she finally gets back to me saying that she was not ignoring my emails, and at the moment she was at home and when she was at the office she would send my tracking number.
Today she emailed me the following:
OCS- 96-250-396-XXX (I put in the XXX)
That's it, no name of the company or anything- I tried to google it but I couldn't find any delivery service by that name. I thought maybe it is a local service in Pakistan.
Can anyone please confirm if this is in fact a real shipping company and give me their website.

i do believe there is a company called OCS.my friend had some things sent over from Pakland last year.They are a bit more pricier than other companies,but pretty reliable AFAIK.
Try www.ocsworldwide.co.uk and you just put in your Courier Waybill number without any hyphens and it should tell you whereabouts your parcel has reached.
I really do hope this helps and that your clothes are finally winging their way to you.

No, when I checked the tracking number it stated there was no such reference number. When I got back in touch with her she said OCS from Dubai then turns to fedex and that she would provide a separate tracking number. Then she wrote that OCS requires my phone (which is she never asked for) and that I did not provide it and she needs it urgently. Now, 2 days, later- nothing.
I told her to stop playing games and refund my money because I know at this point it is just bunch of BS.

Sounds like she is playing for time 'handbag'....she could have asked for/given this info before.It's not like this is the first time she has posted clothes.

No, I don't intend to. I believe she probably gave preference to other clients who placed larger orders and never made my dress to begin with and now whe is buying time to either do a rush job or later fabricate some story about how whe sent it but I never received it.
She already mentioned the first time I asked for a tracking #, that several of her clients were complaining because they did not receive their clothes.
She posts new stuff virtually everyday. Its possible she intends to get as many victims as possile before she completely disappears. But she does have her phone and mobile numbers posted on her page so I don't know if that's it.
If she just told me its taking longer because she has to complete some other urgent outfits; I would have been peeved but still ok. But the whole time she did not contact me once; I had to try to get in touch each time and I waited a week after every communication (or every excuse) to give her ample time but this is just ridiculous.

I dont know what's with her intentions of sending or not sending your order but i just want to add that the part where she said OCS hands over parcels to fedex in Dubai is true. TCS hands them over to DHL in the same way. There are two kinds of services. One is the direct one and one is via Karachi/Dubai/UK. The direct ones are a bit expensive like around 3000rs for first kg for US as compared to about 2000 for first kg for the ones that go via connected flights. The direct ones get to the destination in 4 working days while others take upto 6 working days.
As for tracking number, the ones for direct services are provided as soon as the parcel is deposited at the office whereas the other ones need atleast 3 days for the tracking numbers as the numbers are provided once the parcel gets to Dubai(for european destinations) or UK ports(for usa/canada). My clients have issues with getting the tracking numbers with delay but that's how it is...

^That's true but the first tracking number (the one for TCS/OCS) should work for the period inside pakistan. It would show when and where the shipment was picked up etc. It stops showing information once the parcel has left pakistan. Then you have to use the agent reference number they give to continue tracking it using DHL/FedEx - this is the one that is sometimes missing on their website and I have to call them for.
TCS doesn't have two kinds of services as far as I know, all international parcels are passed onto DHL or FedEx (they don't even tell you which so you have to guess by the agent reference number). And prices start at Rs.3,800 for less than 1kg for USA.

^ so? I send a two kg parcel to USA for 2600rs..but that’s not what is being discussed here actually neither we’re comparing rates for shipping. I thought since I was mentioning TCS I may as well let people know that the international service is not direct and their rates.
I was mainly trying to highlight that any tracking number given for TCS/OCS should at least work initially whilst the package is inside Pakistan.

I finally did after a lot of back and forth. She kept telling me she mailed it from week 6 and a week later when I didn't receive anything I asked for the tracking number. For a while she was ignoring my emails and IMs (which I only sent once a week after giving her an initial 6 weeks to complete the outfit). I finally threatened to leave her some bad feedback on FB and other forums and she responded. She said she was not ignoring my emails- she had my tracking number at the office and she was at home. She sent an OCS reference number which turned out be bogus, but then said OCS turns into fedex and she would send me the correlating fedex tracking number later. Then she said it she didn't have my phone number (even though she never asked) and OCS requires which is why it was not sent. All this took another week and still no tracking number so I finally said if you haven't made my outfit just refund my money. She said she sent it and would get back to me about the fedex tracking number soon and if I did not receive theoutfit within a week she would refund my money.
I did receive my outfit on July 6 (I placed the order on April 16) and the it is decent; it only cost $135 including shipping so I wasn't expecting something exceptional.
She did say this outfit was her design which it clearly wasn't; every FB designer now has the same outfit; her's just happened to be the first FB group I saw it on.

Oh wow.. I am sorry about that. I put in my order on June 21st and she emailed me yesterday saying the outfit would be shipped by July 12th. I ordered two outfits from her. Not awesome outfits, pretty simple embroidered outfit but I am expecting it to be good.. You know... I already emailed her my mailing address and phone number so i hope she will ship it out when she said she will. Can you post the original pic of the outfit and the one she made? Is that possible?

Sure I have been meaning to post all my pics from the various FB designers and online websites- I just have to take some good pics and learn how to post them here.
