i had a horrible experience with naj collection as well...thank goodness i went through paypal but i was without my suit at the wedding i ordered it for a month after i was promised and was missing $150 from the little i paid her..i didnt pay her the full amount until it was done which i kept waiting for an email of her telling me it was done...i didnt get a response after multiple attempts to reach for until a month after the fact asking me for the rest of the money...smh
I too waited a looon g time i waited 4! months for my order and even that she couldn’t get right. I e-mailed them several times via Facebook regarding mistake in my order. Funny how they’re quick to reply about price inquiry but yet ignore those customers they have wronged. I wished i had read or found this page sooner then i would NOT have placed an order.
Shes very unprofessional and so is her team who manage her Facebook account. It’s funny how they like to use personal reasons for keeping their customers waiting for 2-4 months for a simple outfits but yet they still add new items and take new orders. I’m sure she docent run the business her self and does have people in charge on her behalf who can authorize payments and orders.
You try adding a negative feed or shall i say a real feedback of their service to you and they will be quick to remove that comment AND ban you from writing anymore comments like they have done to me.
All i wanted was someone to keep me updated but they were rubbish at that. i had to keep chasing her and she kept giving me false promises and kept changing dates of order. She doesn’t do first come first serve service she chooses by who is making the largest order and deals with their order first. This forum has proven this. I wish i could write more but have ran out of time. My advise is Avoid najmis services
Thanks to those who responded to my post. Wanted to give a quick update on where we stand. As expected more excuses and no return. I have setup a facebook page “Najmi Collection Review” to help provide users add true review of her business. Please go the site, and empty your heart out. I kept the name close to her real business on purpose.

Hello All,
What a bunch of lies and excuses. This is what Naj Collection/ Najmi's Collection is full of.
You can never ever expect a straight forward answer from them.
I am sick and tired of contacting these people since Jan 2013 for my order update which consists of 3 simple dresses that to unstichted but each and every time I get some lame excuse and a false promise of 'an update soon' or no reply at all.
People who are in a situation similar to mine Word of advice- Forgot about the money or the order .You will never see either of them . I have been contacted by people who placed their order in June 2012 and still have not gotten their order delivered.
This new 'Warning' that has been posted by Naj collection looks to be another feeble attempt is saving their own skin and escaping the responsibility .

How can people be so mean and deceptive. Being Muslims how we get courage to think of such swindling. The most awful thing is that even after a lomg time deception and not a single good review, one is insisting on providing the fair services. This thread should be tagged as warning thread, hopefully the negative reviews may not let this label to gain a lot more business but still.... Action crackdown is needed n such fraud businesses

Any my 'condition' has become like this due to the lack of a proper response from you since three months .This is not the first time I have shopped online but yes this is the first time I have to ask for a guarantee coz every time you have replied you have given me a different answer and I had to literally message you repeatedly for a reply
After this I send him a couple of more messages but no response . This Zia Khan guy has been deleting his old profiles and pages and creating new ones just to prevent people for trying to locate him .The same goes for the ever in famous Mrs Najmi (Najma ) Mallick
