Depends if the cause was worthy then sweet...... if revenge is just being driven for the sake of it then no...... revenge leads to hatred, hate leads to evil.
One must remain calm even in the midst of the tempest. It has taken me years to understand that letting an adversary live is sometimes the best way, they will know that you showed mercy and that will be enough to prove you were the greater one.
I once swore to kill someone, i took the vow...... but stopped short of killing not becuase i was weak, but becuase it would have stained me. I walked away leaving them knowing i could have killed them and that they are indebted to me. If i ever cross them they will kill me and likewise that is why i will stay clear of it unless it is inevitable.

^ For minor things feel free but if it gets serious walk away, before you make a serious mistake and hurt someone or yourself.

Ive been hurt, This person hurt me. So why am i gonna jus walk away? I wanna hurt that person, Mess that person up on a different level.

It depends how serious the issue is. If it is really serious then you may get some satisfaction out of it. If it's something minor, then you might find that it was overrated.

serious or not....revenge should never be sweet.......for a person that generally has a good heart revenge should always taste bitter.
if you can forgive someone you are great.....
if you cannot find it in yourself to forgive at this time, try to forget and pray that you may find the strength to one day forgive.
holding bad feelings in your heart hurts you more than anyone else.
