OH WOOw. i was technically here in the 90's by soul but not by a virtual id. mt older sister and her friend used to be on this, they would lie that they were 18 when they were on like 15 or 16 (sad part is now we r all over 22). i used to tag along, bc i wasnt allowed to have an id here.
there was a posting of some cute guys in the pictures section called "calgery boyz" or something, and thats how we flipped onto this site. that was the baddest thing we had ever done in our lives and we were so scared of getting caught. of course the pictures section used to be soo much more meaner back in the day. now everyone just compliments each other, back then we used to rip on every ones pictures sooo much.
i finally joined in when i was a senior in high school (i had many thoughts to express, that were bubbling up inside). I was especially fond of last knightess bc she was engaged to the guy here named last knight, and i thought it was really cute, of course i also remeber she had a lot of goodbye threads to but then always came bak on gs. and of course cat women always seemed like a "cool cat".
i remember i used to hate mr. fraudia, bc he was tooo smart, and got in a fight with me on evertything (he probably doesnt remember). he would paste every sentence of mine and then reply to each one(which i think he still sumtimes does). but i have to thank u mr. fraudia, u really got me an A in debate classes and papers. I have learned how stupid i sound when i argue without proof ( since u asked me for proof on every thought of mine), u have taught me a lot with ur amazing knowledge and still do. i still dont know how ne person can have so much knowledge on everything ;) of course i managed to get banned in my first few posts bc i decided to type in all caps in my "9/11 was a fraud post" (which caused a stir).
and i remeber this hindu kid who would always get banned, his name was matsui. he was pretty funny.
i made good friends with sadzzz and sum other australians, wonder how she is now. this place has been like a virtual playground. i have learned soooo much from here, especially religously and politically. in fact i think my love for politics def began here.
ne how this is how i will always remember my 90's:

I was on IRC back in 96-98, when Pak.org was brought up I used to visit the site rarely but it was when the drums started beating up for Afghanistan invasion (before 9/11) I decided to start posting. Then I got hooked, I visited Religion forum then started to realize we were beating up same topics over and over every few months. Some nicks I remember from Religion section are shahzadq, Shah, Girl from Quraysh, Pristine (mod?), and the couple of NYAhmadi and Matsui (he had few more nicks). There was Tariq786USA, mad_Scientist (I wonder if he is still mad :D) in Pak Affairs. There are many other nicks which are just skipping right now.
In Cricket Forum we had a big fight with Indians when some Indians who used to be calm got wild (and banned 
) Asif_K, Karina (?), Nikema and some other guppies were involved. * sigh *
Anyway, I think I officially quit few times too :D. I didn’t cause much trouble here so never been to Gupshup jail (Banned)

Azkar was the mother of GS, Muzna was the midwife, I ofcourse was the Pir who wrote the taveez and had some other undisclosed involvement in the miracle.

You are too kind. I am just the encyclopedia of useless information. But to be very serious, you are not the only one who learnt, I did as well. I learnt how to interact with people of diff age groups, cultural and religious backgrounds, understood sensitivities ppl carry about religion, sect, ethnicity. How to deal with difficult people, understand when there is a miscommunication taking place by people reading some point differently, how to communicate via a medium where static written words are the only or major source of information sharing. It helps me in my career to this day.
