Elaborate please. I am not IK nor this thread is about IK’s corruption. Please open a new thread and lets rip him apart. Anyone that does corruption whether it was bank loan money sent through Hundi to abroad or charity money misused, should be brought to justice.
Please stick to House of Sharif’s corruption in this thread and do not try to change the topic. Nawaz Sharif is corrupt and all of the Pakistan including his own party leaders and workers know it.
The evidence was provided to the SC, it was upto Sharifs to defend their purchase of properties. They are not just failed to produce any legal money transaction, but brought a letter as a slap to the people of Pakistan. And after the bluff on TV speech and in parliament claiming they will provide the document, their lawyer clearly said that they have no documents to back their claim.
What else you need to come to the conclusion that this family is corrupt and has no moral grounds to rule the country.

Its a pain to read urdu in roman english but yes you are 100% right. Everyone of us should come out and point out the guilty of someone is. I never was in favor of dharna against NS or asking to topple his govt but now if his corruption gets proven, he should immediately be sacked and impeached.

THis is what Zardari and co used to say. At the end they got the immunity for Prez and PM had to leave.
Here NS was so against of immunity for Gillani, yet he has sought immunity in this court case.
Asking for immunity automatically means that last 9 months of bluff was just bluff. Now is the time to show money trail, hence immunity needed.

will be difficult to bring NS money back in Pakistan. But if guilty and impeached, it should be done.
But it is much easier to confiscate Bani Gala property if IK cannot produce document. I am all for it. Court must do justice and disqualify both of them for life.
Then comes Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Poultry Sharif’s turn. Sasti Roti, Metro, Laptop and all other corruption cases should be filed and all record should be produced. I know that this information is being compiled despite of all the record burning incidents every other year.
Do the same to Mazloom Asif Ali Bhutto Zardari and his cronies. This ruling elite must be brought to justice.

oh bhai where are those truck load of proves that IK used to brag about… use to show them in every talk show and in every jalsa… those proves are need of time, why is he hiding them now? poor judges got tired asking them to prove their allegation… and in the name of proves, IK submitted the book of Asad Kharal…

Now, here are the facts (without IK and PTI in picture).

Mariyam’s name is in Panama papers that her offshore companies own these properties.
Several world leaders resigned, no soul on Earth has challenged these leaked documents. -
NS bought these (4) properties in in 1993 (according to Land transfer doc BBC showed in their documentary), 1995 and 1996 in the same apartment complex for Mariyam. FIA’s report from 1998 that has Qazi family as victim of money laundery scam by Sharifs also has the same information.
PMLN has not denied FIA report, BBC documentary from 1998 or the BBC report from last week, nor they are challenging Panama papers. Why? -
NS in his speech on TV and in parliament last year said, he presents himself and his family for investigation and that he will produce the documents.
Their lawyer said on Monday that he can’t produce document to proof money trail. -
Mariyam in 2012 has said on live TV that she has no property inside or outside the country. Today (Jan 19, 2017) Mariyam’s lawyer submitted her ownership documents. Clear contradiction to her claim.
The documents submitted today, Panama Leaks, FIA report and BBC report all saying the same thing what Hussain Nawaz said last year in live TV that Mariyam is the owner of these properties.
So since it is now established, that despite of her lies, Mariyam is the owner of these properties. It is a single point case now. Show the receipt of the money trail. If it was legal, it should be in your record. If not then its one fax away. Call the bank that sent the money out and it will be available.

چند دن پہلے بی بی سی اردو نے لندن کے علاقے میے فیئر میں پاکستان کے وزیرِ اعظم نواز شریف کی فیملی کے زیرِ تصرف فلیٹس کے خریدے جانے کی تاریخ اور ان کی مِلکیت کے بارے میں تفصیلی خبر شائع کی تھی۔
تاہم بدھ کی رات سوشل میڈیا اور پاکستانی ذرائعِ ابلاغ میں دعویٰ کیا گیا کہ بی بی سی نے اس خبر پر اپنے رپورٹر اطہر کاظمی کے خلاف اندرونی تحقیقات شروع کر دی ہیں۔ خبروں اور تبصروں میں بی بی سی کے رپورٹر کے بارے میں ذاتی نوعیت کے الزامات لگائے گئے۔
بی بی سی کے مطابق اس خبر کی وضاحت کی لیے کسی نے ادارے سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں کیا۔ سوشل میڈیا اور پاکستان کے ذرائع ابلاغ میں اس خبر پر تحقیقات کے حوالے سے شائع ہونے والی خبروں میں کوئی صداقت نہیں۔ بی بی سی نے اس خبر کو اپنی صحافتی اقدار اور ادارتی معیار پر پورا اترنے کے بعد شائع کیا تھا۔

desert_bird, we know they are trying to play victim game.
Why NS bragged in parliament that they will face any investigation and court of law and that they have all documents (legal money trail should be included as it is the center of this case).
If he did not have money trail documents, he should not have bragged on TV and parliament.
