تاہم اسپیکر قومی اسمبلی ایاز صادق نے یہ کہہ کر تحریک استحقاق کو مسترد کردیا کہ یہ معاملہ عدالت میں ہے لہٰذا ایوان میں اس پر بات نہیں کی جاسکتی۔حالانکہ قومی اسمبلی میں ھونے والی کسی بھی تقریر پر قومی اسمبلی کآ استحقاق ھے
اس دوران قومی اسمبلی میں قائد حزب اختلاف خورشید شاہ نے دھواں دار تقریر کرتے ہوئے حکومت کو آڑے ہاتھوں لیا۔
خورشید شاہ نے حکمراں جماعت پاکستان مسلم لیگ ن کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ ’یہ انتہائی تکلیف دہ ہوتا ہے جب ہم سنتے ہیں کہ آنے والے چیف جسٹس ن لیگ کے اپنے آدمی ہیں‘۔

And now BBC’s report confirms (with Land record and Hassan/Hussain’s own companies registration addresses) that the flats were purchased in 93, 95, 96 and last one in 2004.
This contradicts the following:
NS and Hassan said, the flats were purchased in 2006.
Mariyam has offshore companies which co-own these flats. She said she and her family has no properties outside Pakistan.
