After what happened today in SC, may i ask if Hamid Khan representing Defender or Petitioner?
Why is he and Naeem Bukhari not asking right question or targeting the gap and loop holes in the story, for example, copy of contract between Sharif and other share-holders of Gulf Steel, Sales-Contract of Gulf Steel?
Contract / Agreement underwhich Mian Sharif invested 12 millions with this Qatari real-estate fund…
Share-holders agreement for Saudi steel mills and sales agreement…
Purchasing agreement of the apartments..
But instead, they are going in circles and not focusing on the issue at hand…

Ok heres the update
Hamid Khan have left the case and have spoiled his reputation as a lawyer, knowingly no one will hire him unless and untill he comes out and tell that the PTI have not a single piece of admissiable evidence…like Hafeez Pirzada did in Rigging case.
Now the new PTI lawyer is Babar Awan, the guy who literally screwed PPP aa their lawyer and Law Minister…and currently is sitting senator on PPP’s ticket.
Let us see what he pulls out of hat…my guess is, like old times, he is going to blame Judiciary and get his licence revoked…
Imran Khan should have gone to Farukh Naseem or Babar Sattar or Salman Akram Raja or on a lighter note, Sabir Shakir, Ahmed Qureshi, Arif Bhatti, Sami Ibrahim and Shahid Masood would have been best choices…

This case has ben so openly being discussed on various news channels with all the legal gurus coming and giving their decsions. I think in past any scuh case which is in court was not supposed to be discussed as being considered to affect courts .
Also I see clearly the lawyers coming on various channels ( ali curd , khalid ranhja , aitzaz , babar awan etc ) they all clearly are not fair . They are trying to twist realities as per their requirements . I know it is the job of lawyer but not whyen u r not hired… at tleast tell the truth when u r suposed to give un biased opinion…

ان کا کہنا تھا ایک طرف قطری شہزادے کا ذکر ہے تو دوسری طرف جدہ کا، شریف خاندان کے وہم و گمان میں بھی نہیں تھا کہ معاملہ یہاں تک جائے گا،قطری شہزادہ حاتم طائی تھا جس نے ان کو پیسہ دیا۔

Look how corrupt ministers are on media everyday barking against PTI, instead of doing their actual jobs. Only in Pak we see this.
In most civilized countries the ministers focus on their jobs and running the affairs of their ministries. Here they’re going to SC everyday and barking and making gestures of victory on media.
