mubasher, were are the music CD's availble from for pakistan films, cos i told my brother to get ppp and ktsk cd but he didnt find it no were in lahore.

Mubasher Lucman has heaved a big sigh of relief. His much-awaited, long-in-the-making film, Pehla Pehla Pyar is

finally on its way to the theatres after being given a clean go-ahead by the Pakistan Film Censor Board.
A relieved Lucman told The Nation Plus, Thursday, that Pehla… had been passed “without any cuts!”
Though certain sections of the media were expecting some objections, especially to this seductive number picturised on Zara Sheikh and Ali Tabish, according to Lucman, "There isn’t anything objectionable in the film.
“A committee of 7 people watched my film, and they were all praise.”
Obviously flattered, Lucman revealed that the Ministry of Culture had even floated the idea of hosting a special show of the film for the federal ministers.
It may be mentioned here that Pehla… is the ad-man-turned-film-maker’s first celluloid venture. Penned by veteran journalist and scriptwriter, Ali Sufiyan Afaqi, the film boasts Resham and Ali Tabish’s fresh pairing, along with Nadeem, Zara Sheikh, Khushboo and Wasif. The film also uses an army of Indian singers and Bollywood technicians (including choreographer Jojo).
The film was slated to be released alongside Reema’s Koi Tujh Sa Kahan - that is, on August 12 - but just a couple of days before its premiere, Lucman announced that he had pushed back the exhibit.
“I got ill while I was in Thailand getting my prints, so I couldn’t submit the required documents with the Censor Board office on time.”
Today, however, Lucman believes that whatever happened "happened for good!
“Our film’s delay gave Reema a clean run at the ticket windows,” he said, adding that Pehla… would also have the same advantage since there aren’t any films due before Eid.
Lucman didn’t give the new release date, saying that it was a matter he was going to discuss very soon with his distributors.
In reply to another query, Lucman said that he had planned two premieres, “One in Karachi and the other in Lahore.”

Well good news is that Pehla Pehla Pyar has been cleared by the Federal Censor Board uncut. We now have the certificate to release the film.
We have also managed to get the audio cds done which was a problem as all factories were closed owing to a givernment clamp down on piracy. At first we could only get our tapes out and not the CDs but Inshallah in the next two days or so our audio CDs will also hit the market.

know what...it's actually a HUGE and pretty impressive news...with that censor man mr.zia giving away negative signals everyday i thot there might be sum real probs waiting 4 the most awaited film of pak cinema...but now that it's all behind us, i know PPP is all ready to kick sum ass and rok the silver screen...now what's left's the bid DATE....i hope it's sumwhere b4 EidulFitr but any day wd do 4 me at least...CONGRATZZZZZ MR.LUCMAN!!!!

That's indeed fabulous news. Now let's hope that Mr Lucman is able to build some hype for this film before it finally hits the theatres!

I thought that Zara Sheikh thrusting herself onto the hero in that ballistic-jump-in-the-rain sequence was a bit weird.....

well a lot has transpired. We will be giving out a final date on Tuesday or Wednesday. By the way good news is Shoaib mansur is now int he USA and begun shooting for his film. Stay tuned.

Mubashir saab, There is no publicity of your movie going on, tv,radio or print media I see hardly anything about your movie. Is this not a concern for you. Because unless there is powerful publicity campaign, people wont come to see the movie, no matter how good it is 
And what has happend to Shoab Mansoor’s movie, Is it cursed or something 
Who is doing the male lead role ???
And please pass on my gratitude (and hug, if possible)to him for taking Iman Ali in a lead role, I will still go and watch his movie even it is a crap, just because of her :love:
waisay It is possible that America stops interfering in other countries BUT it is IMPOSSIBLE that Shoab Mansoor produce something and it is less than brilliant :k:
