Punjabi Establishment, Punjabi People and Injustices with other Provinces !

just an update antio Ayub Khan's family's wealth at the time of his ouster in 1969 was estimated to be $10-$20 million dollars.

Mufti sandhu when did you get the power to declare someone Non Muslim?

Re: Punjabi Establishment, Punjabi People and Injustices with other Provinces !

^well where sandhu said they are non muslims? they are muslims but hypocrites and traitors

In addition to my response on this, 90% of the villages of Pakistan in sixties were non-energized i.e. without electricity. Electricity was only available to big cities and towns. KESC and Kanupp were producing more than enough electricity for Karachi. Cut-Off 90% electricity to villages, unauthorised connections and shanti towns, you will have more than surplus electricity even now.:)

Look Niden.

Nothing personal. Based on his time, Ayub left more industry, and more prosperity than his predecessors.

We can argue all night about placement of one project or the other. We can also find "keeras" in Ayub's management style. We can perhaps accuse him for stealing $billions.

The end result was that Pakistan's economy was healthier, Our industry was vibrant, and the best of it all???????

Our schools and colleges were producing excellent results given the resources. Our teachers taught, and our students worked hard. our labor was much more efficient.

You can view it in any way you want. But people who want to learn from history can clearly see that Ayub's policies helped Pak economy.

your complaints are like those rich brats who say our dada jaan should have left us few more factories, few more acres of land. How come he only left 1000 factories, and only 50,000 acres of land?

Very difficult questions for the nazaria-pakistan clan. :k:

**
Sandhu** called Mustafa Kamal a hindu. Do you see the irony?

Captain FT and sadhu are jokers. You would be a fool to take anything they type seriously.

No one is F'ing Balochi militants, then why do you feel the need for using curse words?

This message of yours, clearly shows a grand mixture of ignorance and a lot of tribal arrogance.

For your kind info,

Muslim league DID NOT ask for separation. in fact all the way to 1946 (one year before the creation of India and Pakistan, Muslim League was PERFECTLY willing to stay in the united India.

The only thing Jinnah was asking was certain constitutional protection of the Muslim dominated provinces.

You go back to 1920s and it was Congressi leaders who were talking about separation and Not the ML leaders especially Jinnah.

Jinnah was the great "unifier" a constitutionalist and I wish there were smart people in Pakistan today who could provide constitutional guarantees to all the provinces and not just Balochistan.

It is good if you stop F'ing and start reading up on the real history of British India.

I am a Pakistani citizen- a native of the land. I don't like that kala, badtameez Nazim- he looks and talks like a Hindu- no offense.

plz avoid colourism and hate based on it.

He might be your devta/diety, you praise him as you like but not whole lot of Pakistanis. If he was so good to Pak economy why he was kicked out by Yahya on gun point after muhajir rioting against him (Ayub Kutta haiay haiay) in Karachi? Another blunder he committed was he shifted capital of Pakistan, Karachi to Islamabad. Why? Quaid-e-Azam would have never allowed that.

After all you also don't see any bad in don of London the kala pir Altaf Husaain killiers of thounsands innocent people. What Ayub or Altaf did to country, they should have been hanged for their crimes.

I see what you are saying.

The bottom line is that if we do not like a person or a leader for reasons xyz, we should not ignore his good deeds abc.

Altaf Hussain probably is the worst ethnic leader in our history. Even though you and I may not find any good in him, perhaps other people will.

One probably could praise Altaf if he ever cleans up Karachi, or builds some infrastructure.

Going back to Ayub Khan with all his mistakes, follys, troubles etc. he still did a lot more good for the country than anyone else since then (with exception of NS's tour #1).

l

and what about u man? ur a biggest joker on GS ok? what about ur propagated threads and posts as if ur angels here?

Damn on ur posts too joker

yes man definitly i saw that irony and thats why i also mentioned here that he was a muslim but a hypocrite and traitor. simple is that man

Sandhu that is the stupidiest comment i have ever seen so far on GS. Thats a shame that u beleive in racism and colorism. u have defeated here to Mr Kehkashan, burqa, SONA and mercenary2k.

what a shame

I Second that, Ayoub Khan's era was one of the golden periods in the established history of Pakistan, but like many others, the he got carried away and end up setting up stage for dividing Pakistan.. same can be said for Mushy...

Army Generals are best suited in the Army Camps, had Fatimah Jinnah won the elections, things might have gone different, but again Ayoub Khan or any other Military general do not know anything beyond their nose...

Plus, Ayoub Khan was not a Punjabi, nor was Yehya neither Bhutto or Mujeeb...

Re: Punjabi Establishment, Punjabi People and Injustices with other Provinces !

^100% Correct hanibal bhai and still traitors propagate against punjabi ppl as if they are themselves the angels

well niden. to say kala to any person either he is traitor as well is a wrong thing but bhai is definitly a terrorist and is supporting indian support

That's pretty good assessment.

That's correct as a "general" rule (no pun intended).

This is a good theory, and who knows Fatima Jinnah could have been the greatest leaders in Pak.

However we must realize that FJ had several limitations which could have hurt her even if she had won the 1965 election.

  1. She didn't have a party of her own. She was inactive politically for 10+ years.
  2. Therefore she was utterly dependent on a bunch of quarreling and self-serving politicians who came together as the Combined Opposition Party of Pakistan (COPP). COPP was nothing more that PNA parties circa 1977.
  3. FJ also erred on the Sindh-Tas treaty by setting up purely political un-realistic stance.
  4. Even after losing the 1965 elections, she could have remained active by forming her own party and strengthening the basis of democracy but she didn't.

So we can't say one way or the other that FJ would have been 100 times better or 10 times better than other politicians.

We can play with "could have" "would have" scenarios all day long with no positive outcome whatsoever.

Country was getting divided by the Bengalis, Punjabi, and Mohajir elite LONG before the fateful year of 1971.

Haven't you heard about Agartala Sazish case?

Devious and sloganeering politicians like ZAB and Mujib who promised to setup canals flowing with milk and honey are the ones who caused the breakup.

If Mujib was that big of democrat, why did he not win any significant seat in the Western wing?

If ZAB was that big of democrat why did he threaten to break legs of anyone going to Dhaka?

Military may get blamed for many many many things. But they should not be blamed for the childish behavior of Mujib and ZAB.

Anyone who has an iota of knowledge about parliamentary democracy must know that popular vote is not an automatic ticket to the government.

There are exceptions to the rule of majority party forming the government. If the sitting president / governor feels it fit, he can always ask a coalition of #2, #3 parties to form the government.

In that case a true democrat would sit in the opposition and let the process of parliament begin.

If the coalition fails, then the other parties are asked to form the government. And if all else fails, then re-election should be the option.

Looking back, Awami league was nothing but a bigger version of ethno-fascist regional party (like MQM, BNP, Jiey Sindh etc.) who just happened to win from a much bigger ethnicity compared to mohajirs.

Why do you forget that AL spoke from both ends. One for democracy and the other side was talking "hum hain to bengali" and "Hakoomat day do warna gooli mar day gaa).

It is purely intellectual laziness to blame Ayub for the mistakes of Mujib and Bhutto.

If that's the line of thinking, no one should be blamed and all the ills in this world would be blamed on baba adam and amman hawwa.
