Proud Pakistani?

Re: Proud Pakistani?

be a Muslim first, then call your self whatever you want.. and being Muslim means not hanging out with ghair mard "friends"..

Re: Proud Pakistani?

^ What the heck is this doing here?

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Sparking a new, irrelevant argument...thats what. lol

Might be but I was talking about the love of Pakistan. As these ppl can't have love like the Pakistanies who live and born in Pakistan. Who wants war no one. Neither the Pakistani side.

Yes they can. If they want to but ppls who are born and raised here don't have enough love to do those things in Pakistan only when their parents taught them.

Muslims can use their zakats and other help to Pakistan as here is not enough option to spend on.

Yes many ppl in Pakistan do waste their precious time instead of doing things for country. Some ppl do.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Ive been gone all day running errands and just checked this thread. Im not surprised at most of the reactions.

X2, Kurripanjabn, Niksik and CE thank you for holding it down! Brilliant posts!

This thread was about a few things:

A) The idea that boycotting or hating Indians and their products will actually benefit Pakistan somehow and is this the right thing to do.

B) Why do people question ABCDs and their nationality so much? FOBs seem to think ABCDs have no morals, values, culture or religion to their lives. Im sorry, most of the rishtas I got that were from FOBs asked me when I came to America! Often times, I end up being more desi/religious then my cousins who are actual FOBs (and I consider myself a liberal). Most of the people Ive seen come here from Pakistan have made MONUMENTAL efforts to erase their culture from their lives...they want to be Amreekan. Yet, they question Western born Pakistanis and their nationality.

C) Do you think igniting hate or dislike in our future generations's hearts against India will actually make things better?

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Gr8Heera bhai, I don't agree... sometimes when something is far from you, your love is greater. People who live in Pakistan often take it for granted.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

^ Yes they do.

I wasn't born in Pakistan, which co incidently...really isnt my fault...but i can say i love pakistan as much as anyone living in pakistan does. I want to contribute to its growth, to its success, i dont want to see the people suffer the way they do, i want the corruption to go away, i want people in pakistan to enjoy the basic necessities every human deserves and inshalla one day i will help to change the counrty in my own little way. what more does one need to feel/think/do to prove their love for their country?

A) Boycotting can help yes.

I don't agree with hating Indians. But they can't be your friends. As I know personally. Even muslims can't be your friends. Even relatives can't be your friends when it comes to India vs Pakistan.

I don't hate anyone. Our religion don't ask us to hate anyone. So I don't say hate Indians. Your dushmans can't be your friend.

B) I don't like calling anyone ABCD or Fob. That is so stupid. Whom you calling Fob Pakistanies? aren't you a Pakistani aka Fob?

You can't love the way ppl who lived there. You can't be like the ppl in Pakistan. I saw Pakistanies kids born and raised here don't have enough attachment to the country as the ppl who lived and born there. You can't compare to the love and affection of those to the ppl who are born and raised here.

You can't even understand and figure out the difference.

Why ppl question there nationality so much as they see the difference. When they see difference then they question.

Wo gana hai na.

Pyar diwana hota hai mastana hota hai
Her khushi say her ghum say baygana hota hai.
Wo chalak jata hai jo paimana hota hai ( I will explain this like that kay agar aapka pyar bohat ziada ho to wo ubalay ga yani glass bhar jaay ga aur girna shuru ho jaay ga. So agar pyar ho gat to khud nazar aa jaay ga.)

Wo kehtay hain na "Ishq aur musk chupaay naheen chupta".

That is so funny that you are born and raised in west and are more religious and desi that can't be true. lol mera to huns huns kay bura haal ho raha hai. lol

Ok now Pakistan main rah kar jitni knowledge mujhay wahan Islam kay baray main school say mili wo sub yahan nadarad hota hai kioon kay yahan kay taleem main qatai Islami taleem naheen di jaati. So how could you be more religious then them lol.

Haan exception yahan bhi hota hai. Yahan bhi bohat muzhabi loag hain kay TV tuk ghar main naheen pooray Islami rule kay mutabiq unka pehnawa hai aur usool bhi.

At least unlike you Pakistani ppl don't support gay as I read your post. Most of the ppl kuch laikin bohat kum wahan bhi hon gay aap jaisi soch kay as achchay buray her jagah maujood hain bus % kum hain western aur Eastern main.

How could be liberal more religious. That is so funny. You could either be liberal or religious. Decide first. Sounds like you are so confused.

Can't be most of the ppl want to become Amerikun but some of the ppl.

C) No one is igniting hate. Indians do keep hate way long time as I personally saw it. Even muslims of Indian hates Pakistanies.

Muslims can't and don't Ignite hate but Indians have hate and Ignite hate. You are so very wrong.

Neither the hate nor the love will change anything as Hindus don't want to change but they only do dramaas.

You liberal and religious if read quran then quran told us clearly "kuffar kabhi bhi musalmanon kay dost naheen ho saktay". Don't forget what quran say.

Aap kay mohabbat karnay ya jatanay say doosri side pay koi farq naheen parta shayad aap bhi yay baat samajhti hoon yaktarfa love say kuch hasil naheen hota.

Agar India chahay to her masla chutkion main hul ho sakta hai laikin wo chahta hi naheen. Jub koi chahay hi na to "AIK HAATH SAY TALI NAHEEN BUJTI".

Muslims and Pakistan wants to hul everything but Indians don't. They are so Mukkar. Muslims are not and can't be.

So true but liberal muslim and more westeranized one would kill you for that.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Heera, I really want to respect you but your views leave me with no choice. I cant respect your ideas because, sadly, they're too far from the reality.

Almost every single point you made was wrong and with so many holes, Im getting lazy thinking of how long it will take me to point it all out to you.

Aap mujhe kaafi nasamajh lagte hein.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

I didn't ask you to respect my post.

Mujhay bhi aap kafi na samajh lagti hain. Ub kia kia jaa sakta hai.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Jub jawab naheen bun pata na to buchchay aisay hi jawab detay hain.

Most religious person aren't you posting your voice in voice gallery. That is haram for a girl as many mens listen to your voice. Do you have any answer for this too. I'm sure not. As you are too religious.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

I specifically said I consider myself a liberal or did you miss that part like you missed majority of this thread?

Heera, I feel sorry for you that is why I dont like to respond to you.

Aap bevaqoofi ki baatein karte hein aur apko javab dene mein insaan ka dimagh bila vaje kharab hojata hai. Na to kisi ke paas itna vaqt hai ke apko shuru se sab kuch parhai aur na mere andar itna dam.

Re: Proud Pakistani?

why do people start getting personal jeez just , and then post your views and respect each other's views !!!

also niksik i agree with you that there are many people livin outside of pakistan and really contributing and trying to do good for pakistan

howver in my personal experience i have met some british born pakistani girls here that are sooooo ignorant they dont even knw what part of pakistan they belong too , speak broken urdu despite having been back there and there was this one girl who had never ever had dahi bhallay in her 25 years of lifee !!!

at times i do feel there is a slight difference in emotions btween people born in pakistan and people not born in pakistan

oye vay! All my cousins in Pakistan give me these LAME arguments until they take a trip across the ocean and come here and then they shut up for good!

Ek aur baat. Agar aap itne hi mazhabi hein to ghair larkiyon ki avazein chup chup ke kyun sunrahe hein? Sharam nahin aati apko? Ya khud be qaabo nahin hai?

Re: Proud Pakistani?

Yes we Pakistaniz are so proud. So proud that we are not even willing to listen to anyone else :D

A) Boycotting can help yes.

I don't agree with hating Indians. But they can't be your friends. As I know personally. Even muslims can't be your friends. Even relatives can't be your friends when it comes to India vs Pakistan.

*Meine kaha tha ke bevaqoofi ki baatein karrahe hein...there are too many nice and wonderful Indians on this forum for you to say such offensive things. *

Also, where is your Islam now? Does Islam promote this? NO.

I don't hate anyone. Our religion don't ask us to hate anyone. So I don't say hate Indians. Your dushmans can't be your friend.

*Chaliye, mera kaam thorda sa asan hogaya. Kamaskam itna to samajh mein ata hai. *

B) I don't like calling anyone ABCD or Fob. That is so stupid. Whom you calling Fob Pakistanies? aren't you a Pakistani aka Fob?

Phir vahi nasamjhi! There are two groups being discussed here: FOBS from Pakistan and ABCDs from the West. Think about this please.

*Ive seen Pakistani kids from Pakistan who dont care about their country...they want OUT. *

Why ppl question there nationality so much as they see the difference. When they see difference then they question.

Wo gana hai na.

That is so funny that you are born and raised in west and are more religious and desi that can't be true. lol mera to huns huns kay bura haal ho raha hai. lol

*It actually is true and your paragraph above illustrates my point. People who live in Pakistan seem to think that parents in the US, UK, Aus, etc are doing a HORRIBLE job of raising their kids. I think they're turning out quite well, Mashallah. Heera, you have to travel, look around, speak to people, listen and learn. Right now, you dont know what you're saying...aur SIRF isliye mein apko maaf karrahi hoon. *

Ok now Pakistan main rah kar jitni knowledge mujhay wahan Islam kay baray main school say mili wo sub yahan nadarad hota hai kioon kay yahan kay taleem main qatai Islami taleem naheen di jaati. So how could you be more religious then them lol. Aap Pakistani ka ushr e asheer bhi naheen ho sakteen.

*Actually, I grew up studying my religion. Wierd isnt it? Us horrible Westerners, how did we get access to religion? Last time Heera checked, the Quran was only available in Pakistan and only for Pakistani born citizens. *

Apko sharam aani chahiye hai. Yahan maan baap apni poori zindagi laga dete hein apne bachon ki achi tarbiyat mein (dugni mehnat hoti hai yahan bachon ko palne mein) aur aap unki mehnat ko is tarha insult karte hein. Im ashamed of you right now. *

Jaisa kay main nain aap kay post parhain hain un say undaza ho jata hai kay aap kitni religious hain.

*Um, I dont support gay people. I dont support violence against them either but I definitely dont support homosexuality. Urdu ka translation chahiye ho to bata dein. *

How could be liberal more religious. That is so funny. You could either be liberal or religious. Decide first. Sounds like you are so confused.

*This is annoying but Ill do it anyway. I SAID PEOPLE VIEW ME AS RELIGIOUS COMPARED TO MY COUSINS. I CONSIDER MYSELF A L-I-B-E-R-A-L. *

Can't be most of the ppl want to become Amerikun but some of the ppl.

C) No one is igniting hate. Indians do keep hate way long time as I personally saw it. Even muslims of Indian hates Pakistanies.

*Mein apke political views nahin janna chahti hoon...kyun ke yeh views nahin hein. Bas kisi parhai huwi patti hai to roz subha aur raat aap rut te rehte hein. *

:omg:

no but seriously, theres a BIG positive in this thread…yes indeed. although ppl are arguing a moot point as to who loves Pakistan more, but their passion is coming from the same place, **the greater love n respect for Pakistan **(at least i hope so, and not just because its an ego thing :bummer: ) so lets stand on that common ground and celebrate that! :jhanda:
