ISLAMABD: Prior to the expected announcement about the reinstatement of the deposed chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, lawyers started pouring outside the residence of the chief justice at the Judges’ Colony in Islamabad.
In a mean time, the deposed CJ offered the prayers of thanks ahead of the announcement of his restoration.
Hundreds of people including lawyers, political activists and other civil society members have thronged the residence of Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to express felicitation over ahead of reinstatement.
Government has heightened the security around the chief justice house.

Nice speech and reasonable decision that I am sure is brokered by Army. Anyhow, from the speech it is clear that all steps taken on 3rd Nov are considered legally verified. Dogar would retire on 21st March as CJ (appointed on 3rd Nov) and since the post would get vacant, it would be prerogative of government to appoint whoever as CJ and thus government has decided that they would appoint Iftikhar as new CJ, that means, Iftikhar was obviously a sacked judge and thus a dud lawyer between 3rd Nov 2007 to 21st March 2009. So, Iftikhar did not got reinstated but got a Job (choor Iftikhar ko naukree mil gayee).
As for Nawaz and Shahbaz, their position is still illegitimate candidate for any public office. Only thing is that, instead of these two thugs, it would be government that would apply for review petition in SC on their behalf (something thug brothers should not have had any problem as that review may get applied to SC with Iftikhar as CJ). Anyhow, as it is expected that Iftikhar would not get controversial and would give decision according to laws of the country, and that means, I would hope that bench under Iftikhar would hold the judgment of disqualifying thug brothers (disqualification as valid decision) else it would be seen as partial decision (that could happen as Iftikhar is paid goon of Nawaz).
As far as changing constitution, PPP and PMLN do not have enough seats in Parliament as well as Senate that they can change any constitution, so talking about any promise of changing constitution could not be possible ... as PMLQ plus allies and MQM together can block any constitutional change.
I just heard on ARY OneWorld that CJ Ch Iftikhar will not take new oath, indicating that he will be reinstated, lets see what actually happens when he sits on the CJ seat 
:D… I do not know what difference that would make even if that is true, as Pakistani thug politicians do not care about constitution or following laws anyhow, and they can do anything they like. A country could not have 2 CJ of Supreme Court at one time and obviously Dogar is CJ of Pakistan at the moment, and he would retire on 21st March 2009. Iftikhar would become CJ on 21st March and that means he is not CJ at the moment. 
Anyhow, for his own good, I would recommend Iftikhar to take oath as if he would not take oath than anyone would be able to challenge his CJ status by filing petition on legality of his appointment in Supreme Court without oath. In such case, Iftikhar would have to stop that petition illegally, as his legal status would always going to be questionable. But then, who cares, as this thug Judge Iftikhar never cared for laws, legality or constitution. But regardless, it is possible that history of judiciary might not consider Iftikhar as CJ during his tenure as CJ from 21st March 2009 to his retirement if he would not take oath on 21st March, as than he would not be CJ legally but de-facto CJ. 
[It can be proven that Dogar was CJ from 23rd Nov 2007 to 21st March 2009 … and retired as CJ on 21st March 2009 (Dogar would be getting pension as retired CJ too), and thus that would be proof enough that Iftikhar was not CJ while Dogar was CJ … and he is not CJ if he had not taken oath as CJ when got the Job on 21st March 2009.]

Kiyani proved to be better politician than all in the ground. What a formula he worked out. Iftekhar will be CJ AFTER Dogar retires. Gives legitimacy to Dogar and will reinstate Iftekhar. A PCO judge is going out and a PCO judge is coming in.
After 8 years of “jid-o-johad” of oh-so-democratic lawyers/politicians against Army Rule, finally they have their lips sewed on role of Kiyani in defusing the rule. Ideally speaking they should have said “Kiyani sahib, please take a side. This is our issue to resolve…army should stay out” but naaa
Anyways, congratulations to people of Pakistan. From 22nd March there will be “doodh-ki-nehreen” in Pakistan :)

Talking in Geo news program “Aaj Kamran Khan Kay Sath”, Shahbaz lauded the role of media for promoting the truth. He said the nation would always remember Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani if he announces restoration of Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry.
Shahbaz added the restoration of deposed judges could not be accomplished without segregating the PCO judges from the apex court.

Yeah dandday ki waja thee keh PM did what he did. He had no other choice. Waisay ussay sharram nahin aai kehtay huway keh hum apnay waaday poooray ker rahy heiN. waaday my foot! They did not fulfil any of their promises yet denied them all. This decision was taken only to save their kursi else Kiyani was going to put them behind bars and then either midterm elections or martial law. So basically pee pee pee have saved their government at the cost of eating their own sh*t.
Shame on peeee peeee peeee and their followers... they should be duly prosecuted and executed per due justice.
