Elections were also held in 2002, again, you agree that Benazir's death has nothing to do with elections/democracy. This time only difference is that Mush was abandoned by many of his support quarters esp post Nov 2007 emergency declaration. Lets keep facts separated from fiction.

I just heard on geo apparently there was some error in recording and PM had to re-record the address to nation. The whole nation is waiting badly for him to come and address then why does he need to take time to record it and not just come Live?

the suspense is a bit much.

apparently the speech has been recorded but its not being televised yet. perhaps they are waiting for the morning, it doesnt make sense to broadcast it now does it

until Iftikhar Chudhary is restored as CJ of Pakistan I'm holding my breath. I dont trust this Zardari. That aside, when CJ is restored all credit will go to the lawyers movement and the people of Pakistan, not to Kiyani, not to Zardari or Nawaz. Their two years of sacrifices would then have truly paid off.

dont assume stuff about me. while i dont like the involvement of the army once again in politics and their evident supremacy, its good to see the lawyers get what they wanted. we can only hope this ends up supporting the civil institutions by increasing public awareness and their sense of ownership.

and yes, i hope everyone gets the justice they deserve inshallah.
