Like others I was viewing the TV and was happy to see the photos of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto in opposition relly. Now after the news of P.M,s speech and comments of Dunia news compare Asima " It looks Pakistan have won" I am really happy.
I just want to share you a moment that on the black night of 27th December 2007 **at about midnight when the whole city and whole country was burning I reached at the site of Jai-Shahadat of **Shaheed Benazir Bhutto with my wife and my Persistent Vefetative State son Jawad Pasha. Police was gone after washing the whole site and there was no body but some one left there a candle. I think that candle is lightening the country still.

Yes Anwer, you are right. It is really a happy moment. Minister Nabil Gabul has juat said that the decision to re-instate deposed CJ has been taken.

All TV channels were telling the people from last 48 hours that an agreement is there and it is finilised but perhaps some leader was insisting to not to bring it before public till the last hours.

It was her death which restored democracy in Pakistan and it is democracy in Pakistan which restored or going to restore C.J.

Her death has nothing to do with restoration of democracy. Elections were announced well before her death. And the so called democratic party was not in favor of restoring the CJ, it is the danda of army which has forced the so called democratic party to restore the judiciary.
CJ was restored after his first removal in 2007.

They chose to invite the army (or created a situation calculated to force the army's hand), which is sadly a precedent we are far too used to.
We are the ones who have legitimised the army's role in governance. And then we act as if its unthinkable that the machine takes over every few years.

I went out for a little run (in 55 degree temp, as good as it gets in March) and i couldnt stop thinking about what has been happening in Pak, about how things have just gone for worse over years.....i was depressed and now that i got home i hear this great news....this made my day!
