The reason I don’t think that rape is about lust is not just because of the “western research” that you find so offensive, but because I, perhaps naively, I have more faith in the average male than to think that he can’t control his lust. Feelings of lust are around all the time (and often regardless of dress). And though revealing clothes may arouse them, I do think that most men have the ability to control them.
I don’t support dressing trashy or wearing clothes that are very revealing, mainly because I find it demeaning and feel that it reveals a lot of insecurities. But that’s due to larger societal ills, and I don’t think that blaming the victim is the answer to those. That tendency to blame the victim is also a problem, and it is due to our need to feel like we have some control over what happens to us.
Anyway, the point is that the catalyst for the rape isn’t lust.

They were not wearing bikinis, but were fully clothed and they gangraped them because they were christian and white...

It doesnt matter if a women is in a Niqab or in a bikini, if someone has a mindset to rape a women, they will go ahead and do it

Islam promotes peace between people then why are murder rates so high in islamic countries as compared to Europe?
Why are Islamic and Muslim neighbourhoods in Europe among the most violent and crime ridden?
Islam is a religion of peace but that doesnt mean that every muslim is a person of peace....

That’s a huge generalization. Not all non-Muslims live comfortable luxurious lives. And even some that do give up these luxuries to help others in need.
But is belief in Allah meaningful when someone is commiting such horrible acts, violating Allah SWT’s commandments?
In the end, Allah SWT knows who is the believer and who is not, but our actions and our intentions do determine what kinds of people we are, and I don’t think I can so easily say that someone who calls himself/herself a Muslim and goes around killing and hurting Allah’s creations is better than someone who cares for them simply based on a label.

Believing in Allah doesnt excuse sinful and terrible behaviour while you are alive...
On the contrary, believing in Allah and committing these acts is more evil than not beleiving in Allah because you are directly contradicting the teachings of Allah and his Prophets
And that makes a person a traitor and a hypocrite and you cant hide behind the label of Islam and Muslim on the day of judgement

You are right that someone who calls himself/herself a Muslim and goes around killing and hurting Allah's creations is better than someone who cares for them simply based on a label.but in west if they aldready are in zina doing sex without marriage than why they rape ladies in hijab or not?If they are so comfortable with their lives than why they do things like that?I know their are people who do good and still sacrifice (non-muslims)but we can only pray for them.Especially Christian or jews they are AHL-E-KITAB and all their commandments are coming from same but they have changed it.I don't say that i can favor sinful muslim who has bad habits but i cannot favor kuffar or non muslims also.Even i can favor you even though we have differences but not kuffar or christians or jews.and for muslims who are doing bad acts i cannot favor them also because they are rotten eggs and this is between them and ALLAH that after accepting oneness of ALLAH why they are still doing that sins.

first of all,
Hijab is not a part of Islam nor are women suppose to wear a Hijab...
The Quran says that women are suppose to dress modestly and wear lose clothing so that their shape of their body is not revealed through their clothing
Hijab is a Arab/Persian custom which got integrated into Islam especially after the conquest of Persia in 7th Century....
The only reason women covered their hair is because when they travelled through the desert, sand would get in their hair.
But when Arab countries were conquered by the Ottomans, they brought it back and made it mandatory...
Please know a little about Islam before commenting on it....
