"ISLAMABAD: A student in Islamabad, Ibrahim Shahid, set a new world record by scoring 23 As in Cambridge O level exams.
Shahid, a student of a private school in Islamabad, sat for 24 subjects and scored 23 As.
Attributing his success to his parents, Shahid recalled an incident where his teacher in Australia had written him off, stating that he would “never excel”. He added that every child is special and everyone has their own capabilities.
Earlier, Ali Moeen Nawazish, also a Pakistani student, had set a world record by securing 23 As in A level Cambridge exams."

**and beyond too…
…i’ve heard that this guy was very “loyal” to his supervisor and he even tended to his supervisor’s cow and milked her twice a day. so, the supervisor, at the end of 5 years, asked him to pick any old thesis on the his desk, collecting dust, and rattofy the whole thing. he did commit the whole thesis to his heart and got his PhD degree…hehe…
when people made fun of him he said…u respect “Haafiz-e-Qur’aan” so why don’t you respect “Haafiz-e-thesis”?

hmmm I don't think so. Ratta isn't going to help you in maths. It isn't going to help you in writing english essays (because you have no idea what topic is going to come up and you have to write an essay on the topic then and there). You can memorize a lot in all subjects but, in order to get an A, you have to walk an extra mile.

*its the easiest thing to get an A in math than in Biology. *

Maybe, but what grinds my gears is that as a society we measure success on the number of As. There are bigger and better things to aspire to. This coming from a guy who had 10 As
