Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
For every Aam that you eat in solitary, a person in the world will feel left out.
Enjoy!!! ![]()
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
A more serious, and technical question.
What makes the flavor of Pakistani Mangoes different and identifiable? Is it the weather, soil, technique, or something else? And can’t that be replicated here because U.S. has a wide range of climates all year.
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
I think its about the soil and optimal sunshine for right duration.
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
I think it’s got to do with grafting techniques used back home.
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
What kind are these ? How are they in taste ?
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA

If Patel Brothers start selling Pakistani mangoes in their store then who will buy the lowly, sour Alfonso Indian mangoes. ![]()
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA

Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA

on a serious note, it depends on the individual’s taste and flavor preferences. i personally prefer Dussehrii and laNgRaa mangoes.

Why are we making concept of religion so fragile that liking just a variety of fruit in homeland become an issue?
Does it make me less Muslim if I say that I found certain variety of dates produced in Sukkur, superior to that is brought by Hajis from KSA?
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
Well its not an issue.
I wonder where is islamic civilization if we muslims are fighting over popularity of prodcuts of our homelands?
I agree love for land is kind of natural thing but most of the times it is blind which is not good.
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
No one is fighing. Its just expression of personal choice and naturally a person develops taste of the products grown in his / her homeland. For example: I’ve a good taste for paratha over Pizza or burger. I like Bengali Rosh Gulla more than Arabic Baklawa. Just personal choice and nothing to be serious.
Re: Pakistani Mangoes: Destination USA
It is personal choice until you start putting down the other.
