I am just in the process of suing my lawyer for over half a million dollars for negligence and breach of fiduciary duties. I think I am quite capable of handling myself in court of law and have successfully represented myself in a law suite with a condo corporation for one of my rental properties. So thankfully I have won the one case I represented myself and the second one is ongoing, they are sending me letters to settle. I am currently preparing affidavit of records for that case. I will make a blog on it later. More people should take interest in law.
In her case just forced marriage is enough to invoke battered women syndrome defence, I am not sure if she would win but could be a mitigating factor and anyone involved in forced marriage should be arrested.

The report is she fled husbands house and was forcibly taken back, I hardly ever hear about women raping men, men are generally stronger and it wouldn’t be possible for the woman to over power him.
Non Consensual sex is rape, may one be married or not. Many desi women who divorce here make all sorts of accusations.

but this girl wasnt weak, she has killed 15 people or are you saying by any law she could kill 14 people in her defence? There are no death penalties in US for marital rape, in fact while it’s illegal there, there are 13 states where it’s semi legal. Most states penalize marital rape like any other rape that is, with fines and with prison terms that vary depending on the severity of situation. So don’t worry she will not get away with it in Pakistan either. She should be hanged.

Most probably she will be hanged and most probably thousands will be forced into marriages and thousands honor killed. I can see that in foreseeable future. People doing the honor killings mostly don’t get hanged

A forced marriage is a horrendous thing to do to someone, and if the captive snaps after enduring that and tries to kill their captors then you are not getting a sliver of sympathy out of me for the people who were actively a part of forcing someone into marriage lmfao. Y’all know damn well what happens in these backwards, remote areas in regards to marriage on top of that. You may push the la la hippy bull**** of “killing in all scenarios is wrong!” but I do not feel that way so, bloop! I’ve also already clarified that my lack of sympathy does not go towards the innocent bystanders who unfortunately drank the tainted lassi.
