Asif, I would say that at least 250 Runs lead would do the trick. so something like 350+ would do the trick for Pakistan.. INSHA ALLAH, our batter will do well.

Yeah the batters must not let the team down now. Asif bowled well but Sami's opening spell was just terrific and despite a simple catch (Hughes) being dropped off his bowling by Umar Akmal very early on, he did not lose heart and bowled with good pace and hostility and nearly got a hattrick. The ball that got rid of Watson was a real corker, almost unplayable.

Yup, the Watson's delivery and Gul's catch to get rid of Ponting were truly amazing. Also the Clarke's bowled was superb.

Afridi should be in the test team, until we find good openers and middle order.

What I feel good about yesterday’s performance (beside seeing Clarke’s bowled) is the slap on Ponting’s cockiness. The way he declared twice in MCG was so humiliating for other team which is a main cricketing nation. Being technically sound and professional is one thing but being over confidence is another. Specially in a game like cricket.

Ponting’s decision to bat despite of hostile batting conditions was like…rain or shine…Pakistan…BRING IT ON!!! we will crush you anyways.

Again we are hoping #1,2 and 3 will put on a show. If the pitch behaves the same as it did yesterday…well, it is going to be painful.

bhai logo pichhlay 15-20 tests se kuchh seekha ke nahi??? Just let them play, don’t EVER talk about how much our batsmen should score, when our team is in the middle just pray to Allah swt… thats all we should do
