i love the way people jump to conclusions :)
muslims are everywhere and they ultimately beleive in the same thing.. why use "borders" to create such harsh divisions?

May I remind what relationship we had with the west after 1947? Relations between Afghanis and Iranis werent that cosy either. They do not look at Pakistanis as their equals. Look at the way our people are treated by our so called relatives in most Arab countries. On the other hand, if these so called people come to Pakistan, there are idiots who start kissing their hands, and I have seen that. Goto India, you will surprised to find how similar it is to Pakistan, and yes, people there will treat you far better than the treatment you would get amongst your so called western brothers, whom you guys have always tried to impose a forced relationship and love with. And what purpose does that map you posted serve? You still could not not answer how culture, heritage, langagues, phsyical resemblences, food, agriculture etc (I could go on and on) makes us unique from India ![]()
just because junoon started performing in india spockie you dont necessarily need to start a love affair with our eastern neighbor.
what is with the wannabeism? if we're not degrading ourselves by becoming Greek its reducing ourselves to Indians. We're above and beyond either.. have some pride in who you are for God's sake.
Think about everything you associate with Pakistan.. think how unique that is. HOW can you spend eight pages shifting our very unique identity to the east or the west?
^ its beyond me... why do we need to belong to a certain region?
Munney ravage, this has nothing to do with Junoon just starting to play there (this just shows how dumb you are, they have been playin there since 97), or reunification with India. Its called history, we cannot start claiming all of a sudden that we had nothing to do with Indians, or alot of the stuff that is churned out just because you guys hate India so much. And what was our unique identity before 1947 ![]()
^ so true...
its the hate we get taught that leads us to think that we have nothing to do with indians.... denial?
what was india’s unique identity under the Muslims? Belonging to Turkey?
Give me a break, we’re all in Asia, culture, food, traditions follow a trend across borders they’re not spikes. Just because there exist ‘similarities’ doesnt mean that we become afghans or indians.
For that matter, thai land has the use of masala in their food common. do they become one with india then?
as for junoon, who gives a rats ass. they’re just a rock band spock.. get that in your head you bimbo. your enchantment with everything they say and do is just sad. anyway..
Thanks for sharing. Very informative :k:

Click on the link and read. Count how many times it’s written “separate from India” and “not part of India.” Let’s face the facts already folks. :o

Most of your bakwas doesnt deserve an answer. As for the junoon part, are you plain retarded? You brought em in this thread and you couldnt even that right either, moron.
Visit the main page, that site was made by someone just to prove ‘pakistan is rarely a part of India’. Someone could make a site just like that and put more “part of India” lines there. He didnt explain his points either, I mean if you say Indus Valley or some particular civilization was a Pakistan based civilization, what are you trying to imply?
^ Spocky boy :nono: extremely weak argument you’ve got going there.
This bit is hilarious ![]()
haha.. run spock, run like the wind! as for junoon, yeah I brought it into the thread, just thought you might be growing sad about speaking so long without even mentioning junoon.. ![]()
Going back to my main point. The vast majority of us dont identify either with india or afghanistan. We are Pakistanis and thats how we would like our culture, heritage, language, food, RELIGION, mysticism, mosques, greetings, traditions to be identified as. Similarities may span across borders, but that cumulative whole is something only Pakistan has.
Perhaps you would explain how its weak. You can start by explaining how these civilizations were ‘pakistan based civilizations’ as indicated by that author from this geocities website that you like so much.
Ok, youre retarded, excused…
Yeah, thats good thinking I agree, but does that mean we draw out similarities to Greeks, Persians or other far fetched things, just because we hate India so much?

on the other hand, one way to stop hating India is to stop making every single thing about them.
maybe its legitimate research. view it on its own grounds, why put your how-does-India-fit-in glasses on?

Can you elaborate on that?

I think alot of people here are just focusing on pesent day India. Think of the combined India of the past. But yeah, after 1947, we made a decision that ensured we have our own unique identity.
^ exactly Spock.. if so many millions decided for Pakistan to be made.. for us to have an identity.. then why on earth do we want to associate ourselves with greeks, turks and afghans??
we are pakistanis.. lets just leave it at that
you do know that the combined india of the past was largely 'combined' by afghans and then the british? so what if the boundaries were fluid over time, we exist now, and we have a basis for existence. we have the two nation theory we have Iqbal we have something that defines us and our identity and will keep defining it, inshallah.

..and indians. that sickness is just as common and ridiculous. and equivalent to the above in every single way.
^ sorry left them out
