The match when raja was out obstructing the field.
I remember it was the last ball of the match and raja was rying to complete his century but Zahid Ahmed was not willing to take the run and told Raja to go back to his crease. Bowler tried an underarm throw to dismiis Raja who was in the middle of the pitch and raja stopped the ball with his bat.

I think Ramiz was given in a test match... in that case both made the record for being first in Test and ODI :-)
