No No to Hafeez. If they get really desperate then Asim Kamal is a better alternative and I always felt that he should have been part of this touring squad.

It will be a tough decision for the hierachy of the Pakistan team. I wonder what criteria they wil use to drop either of the openers. Based on the runs scored in this match - I can't see Farhat being replaced however if its fielding than maybe he will be replaced. If Farhat holds to his position than he may get a one or two decent scores but I can't also see him performing consistently.

My thinking exactly. The criteria to be judged in this situation on who to drop between the two comes down the fielding and fielding only, and Salman Butt is miles ahead of Farhat when it comes to holding clean catches. Farhat should be let go, there is just no hope in watching him bat or field. Previously, Danish used to hold an all-time lowest standard with his atrocious masterpieces at the mid-off region. Now even he is in competition with this guy.

Yousaf and Faisal forming a good partnership and hopefully they can continue. However, only concern is that Yousaf may be getting tired or is already tired after scoring a double hundred and fielding all day yesterday. Hope he doesn't lose concentration.

Salman Butt is miles ahead of Farhat when it comes to holding clean catches. Farhat should be let go, there is just no hope in watching him bat or field.

But the pity is that Butt Saab can hardly put bat to bowl. So he might be the one making way for Taufeeq Umar in the next match, you never know!
