The series of 4 test matches starts on Thursday at Lords.
Both teams are without their main striking bowlers. England are without Jones, Giles, Flintoff and possibly Hoggard. Pakistan are without Shoaib, Rana and possibly Asif.
Even with so many players injured it should be an interesting series and lets hope Pakistan keeps its recent record of not having lost in England since 1982 intact.
According to Cricinfo it is 10am GMT.
On BBC, the start timing is 11am but they haven't specified if it's GMT or BST. I am assuming it is BST.
Anyway I am hoping for 10am GMT, becasue it means 5am over here in US. That means I can watch atleast 3 hours of play before leaving for office.
I hope they only play Asif and Sami if they are fit to play all five days. Our management hopefully will be smart and deligent about picking the players. The first test probably will be a draw...just a prediction.
I would say our bowling is still weak. We need to work on our bowling and stick with those young bowlers and our bowling can be successful before World Cup 2007 InshaAllah.
