There are versions ranging from 5 to 10. Yes 10 Bebiyon ki kahnai is more famous and males are not supposed to hear that 
In our family, whenever it was read, we were kept away from the place where it was read, but once I got the copy placed in our home and read that.

The ladies even dont know names of dus bibi.....i think story of hazrat Asiya is mentioned in it.....

They usually say ‘Bibi Sa’eeda ki kahani’ at our home. Yes I’ve seen that laddoos, which are not halaal for males

Probably. What I remember to hear accidentally was about two sisters who could not get marry due to Jahez and they saw a Bibi in dream, who said them to read her story and they will get married. Considering some recent threads in life1, I think members there may benefit from this formula

And who is that tappoo bi.. I only know one tappoo bi and that is Hadiqa Kiyani he sung : Bohay Bariyan te naale kandha tupp ke, awan gi hawa bun ke.
There are many new traditions / Mannats offered by women (even in Sunni families), which are beyond any logic. The one that I came to know recently is when a women chose a fruit in her mind and until her wish (mannat) is not completed, she does not eat that fruit. My Khala, who didn't have children after 7-8 years of marriage did so, and she gave birth to two twin girls.
