i don't think this is the names given by parents...more like acquired name for some personal reason...
...desides, these are exceptions than norms. you can't bring a few names and try to make it as if it's the norm...i've lived in India and have never seen/heard such names.

of course NOT! they are more like nicks or names given by illiterate parents...also names like budhhan, budhai, jume'raatii, peeru, mangla, itwaarii, jumman, shukkar, etc
