gaia i made nihari the other day, but it didnt look rite, it was too thin and the actual salaan was sour, i used laziza nehari masala, if you can can u plz tell me where i went wrong? thx.
Don't use laziza nehari masala, if your not gonna use your own masala's you should only use shan masala packets, its the best. Anyway I only use my own masala, so I have full control on whats going in. You should make a thread in the cooking section of GS, and I can share them there :)!
