Our wrong practice of using 'heh' instead of 'alif' in words

Arabic and Persian languages have many words that end with ‘heh’, but pronounced similar to ‘alif’. For example, جمیلہ، درہ، سرمایہ etc.
But we have now developed a tendency to use this principle even for words which are originally Urdu. This is literally wrong. And we should try to use the correct spelling of these words by using ‘alif’ instead of ‘heh’.

For example:
ناشتا , not ناشتہ
راجا , not راجہ
بنگلا دیش , not بنگلہ دیش

people still write Urdu? I have serious doubts that in between the wide spread English medium schools, computers (unlike Arabs, we do our computing in English), and mobile texting, Urdu is even written any more.

urdiu kaa paRhnaa likhnaa achchhi baat hai ... hamaare purkhoN kii zabaan hai. maiN to Khair alHamdolillah urdu maaHaul meN palaa baRhaa is liye mujhe to koi qabaaHat nahiiN magar urdu se 'adam dilchaspi tashveeshnaak hai.

oh cool, look written Urdu!!! In the bigger picture Urdu means nothing anymore. If it wasn't for Bollywood movies being produced in "Hindustani", Urdu would have become even less important. No one studies in Urdu anymore (or atleast the people who matter. No one cares for people in chuck number 23, studying in peela school), work is no longer done in Urdu, it's all English, and nothing really of significance is printed in Urdu.

اردو سے عدم دلچسپی کی وجوہات "دیگر" ہیں۔
