Whats wrong in saving your life?
Insan ki jaan ki hurmat Allah ka nazdeek sub sai ziada hai (Allah and prophet SAW did not say "musalman ki jaan ki hurmat" they said "Insan ki jaan ki hurmat". Politics, fatways, televengalism can wait.
Its a serious, imminent and present threat to him to live in Pakistan after what he went through. Staying home will not be called bravery it will be called baywaqoofi and stupidity. All it takes is one stupid to act in country of millions of stupids. (dont judge me for my statement. I love Pakistan just the way you do, if not more)
I guess there is nothing wrong in fleeing the country to save his OWN life. By fleeing from the accusations made against him, he is trying to defy all that he was preaching. He believes like many other nutters that a person who is blasphemous should be put to death. But when it comes to his own life, double standards? Survival instinct is very primitive and strong. Do you think he would have stood up for some other person - Christians/Muslims who blasphemed? Probably not. He doesn't practice what he preaches

I guess there is nothing wrong in fleeing the country to save his OWN life. By fleeing from the accusations made against him, he is trying to defy all that he was preaching. He believes like many other nutters that a person who is blasphemous should be put to death. But when it comes to his own life, double standards? Survival instinct is very primitive and strong. Islam itself advocate protection of life, and law and order situation in Pakistan does not guarantee the life in such cases.

this entree blasphemous law is BS .. should be abolished by now. Islam protects minorities ... idk how killing them because of their ignorance would make Islam better? Just stupid uneducated masses everywhere and mullas who prey on naive, uneducated people

You should read your comment again(post 81) , you are saying that JJ believes that any person who commit blasphemy should put on death. But you did not provide an evidence.

I don't need to provide evidence. If you follow him, know his views and knows the type of Islam he follows, isn't it evident? You would be naive to believe he would want women to not leave the house but he would be ok with people saying blasphemous things about Prophet (PBUH).

I am not advocating his views on women, but I will definitely raise my voice if something is not evident from his speeches against those who committed blasphemous thing about Prophet(PHUH).
It is clear from your post that you are not interested in providing evidence(which you cannot produce because that is false allegation against him)
