I looked at my hand this morning and there was a big hole in my engagement ring where my diamond used to be.

Its not that its a diamond that has me so upset, its that it was my hubbbys gift to me on our engagement. I hope i find it. I guess I wont vacuum my house till i’ve been over it with a fine tooth comb.

The best way to find it ask your hubby. Why ?
A women dropped her diamond out of her ring like you and looked for it for days turned the whole home upside down but could not find it. Then she told the hubby and asked for help he started looking for it and found it in 15 minutes. The wife was astonished and asked him how could be find the diamond so quickly. He said:
" Sweetie you were looking for a piece of glass but I was looking for 2000 dollars"

have you been out anywhere? I hope not.
is it insured? insurance will only cover the diamond if you've been getting it inspected yearly ...i think. have you? because if you have then whoever inspected it did a terrible job.
Ask your kids to help you find it....little kids have a way of finding little things in odd places.

:( ok heres where I went yesterday: Elementary school (twice), pre-k school (twice), Ice skating rink and two grocery stores. ACK.
Yes, boys are at skool but we're having a "treasure hunt" with a reward. I;m also emailing and calling the places I went to.
We have homeowners insurance which will cover replacement cost minus a $250 deductible - but thats not really my worry. I want the one my Hbby got for me :(

God forbid if not, ask him to get you another one.
If people can remarry, you guys sure can do a re-engagement... and you guys have a valid reason to do so.

o H My!! yeaaa u know i thought ilost my ring nd i think i cried for a whole day it was just on my other hand.!! hehe
but InshAllah you'll find it.. keep cheking the corners of your houses. or under your MAIL. yea muniya baji did that and gave us a heart attack the next day they piked the mail to pay biills and there were bajis rings hehe

I thought i lost one of my rings once, and for two days i was bummed out but i figured it had rolled and fallen behind the dresser… til i dropped something and bent down and found that it was right at the foot of my bed.
