Well inspired from other threads recently opened.

As a guy, how would u go about dealing with older woman, who grabs ur arm alot while talkin to you, mess with ur hair. How do you tell her stop touching me ? given that it all happens in office ?

if she reciprocates with some other ‘favors’ in work place…i wouldn’t mind you know…girls get all the favors from their uncle bosses…:hehe:

You tell them the same way you are telling us! Unless ofcourse you are 10 and you feel shy to say it to the "older" woman.

What is older? .. if you are 20 and she is 25, that is older- right?

Technically if you are 20 and she is 21, even that is older.

Well this doesnt happen anymore. So i dont need to tell her. However i couldnt just tell her to stop. I am sure she didnt mean anything wrong here given I am arnd 35 years younger than her but i didnt feel comfortable. SHE would often grav my arm when we discussed the technical book we were both working on.

I thought of a solution there is only one chair in my office and if she came i would keep sitting. She cant just grab my arm when am sitting and she is standing so she started to mess with my hair. Now she is off the project so i dunt need to worry about that. I would however like to have some solution for future help.

Joke aside, many ladies, once they pass their prime, assume a motherly role. Its fine but if it makes you feel uncomfortable, I am sure she would understand,.

Yep she knows am a recent father, so i dont she has anything wrong in her mind. Still she isnt muslim so she doesn't understand that i feel uncomfortable with even a frank arm grabber.
