as far urdu is concerned it would be something like this:

*"pesh raft kijiye aur apni ahliyah ko zer-e-lab bosa'inaayat kijiye"*

how about giving the instruction to the *bride?* it would then be like this:

*be-sharmii se pesh raft kijiye aur apne shauhar-e-naa-muraad *[oops! naamdaar] *bosa bar lab 'inaayat kijiye* :D**

aur french kiss ki translation bhi inayat farma dijiye.

french kiss = bos o kinar

You r missing the point. How does their comfort level with each other in private concludes what they would/should be open to do in public . I just don’t get it!

how many of you think ... 1) we soon wl have this also incorporated in our already non-islamic shadi rituals. 2) its not appropriate. 3) it wl be a good addition.

And last but not the least.............what wl be the correct translation of it in urdu without making it sound silly. Lols.

If you do not say who can choom who , the whole crowd will start chooming the dulhan or all nikahfied people will choom their dulhans so it will be a mass kissing contest .
You might have seen after nikah there is so much commotion to hug the groom and bride and congratulate them.

So . The announcement will be like this:

choon k Bala wald chajja ka nikah zeenat bint a siraj k sath ho chuka ha lihaza ab bala wald chajja apni zoja zeenat bint a siraj ka bosa leenay k haqdar patay hain. Bala agay barho aur zeenat bint a siraj say apna azdawaji haq wasool kar low.

If you're going to have sex the first night I can't really see the big deal with a *light *(ie sweet/respectful) kiss after nikah..

My brother was told 'you may now kiss the bride' at his registry do and he just gave her a peck on the cheek.. it doesn't necessarily have to look awkward or inappropriate even for practising/religious Muslims..
