Hi. My name is Talha. I’m from Islamabad, Pakistan. I’m 24 years old, mechanical engineer, working for a top multinational company. I own a beautiful house in a posh sector and have a car and bank balance. I’m lucky i have got everything that i aimed for in my life but a girlfriend is missing.
Not only that i don’t have a girlfriend, i never had any female friend in my entire life. When i was in school and college, they had different campuses for boys and girls and then in university, there was no girl in our class and a very few girls in our department and they too were committed or engaged. (Girls usually don’t do Mechanical engineering, they are more into Software engineering). And now here in my company philip morris, they don’t hire girls in engineering branch. So i never had any chance to interact with opposite gender and it’s still the same. I always tried to get over it by trying to convince myself that i’m not desperate but actually i am.
Whenever i go to places like Sareena, Marriot, Mcdonald, Papasallis, pizzahut etc with my friends, i see lots of young couples dating and having fun and that make me feel sad about myself.
So I’ve got money but no girlfriend. What do i do? Where to find one?? Is there anyone out there who feels the same way?

He just wants a lady friend, nothing wrong with that. I think it's healthy for men to talk to women, instead of being so gender segregated, makes them more balanced creatures. Friendships with ladies, not a friend with benefits, I mean.

Dude, people from not even a generation older than you grew up without this girlfriend boyfriend crap in Pakistan and they have lived a happy life. Ask your parents to find a girl for you, get engaged, and then date her all you want.
Not sure about Pak..buddy..as i was raised outside pak. BUT...you can try being social a bit. Go out..and if you like some girl..just ask her for coffee. Ya you will get rejection..here and there..but eventually..you will find someone.
