Hey Girls

I had a downer this morning.. got on the scales and i was 67.7 kg :(

And my trousers feel tighter, have no idea what I am doing wrong :(

This morning, I had a glass of semi skimmed milk and two wholemeal toast with salad inside and a drop of olive oil

I have the gym spinnign class at 6 & 7 pm and for lunch which I am having early is 6 spoons of rice and 1/4 of a chicken breast

Tonight

Tuna, Lettuce, Kidney beans, tiny bit of olive oil, Green Peppers and maybe a slice of bread

you need more food i think :konfused: i’am eating every 2-3hours . 1200cals for the day and done 48min cardio dvd may do strength if i have energy left

I have the same problem. i woke up and I was 2 pounds more than my weight started. I think if you exercise you are building muscle as well so the scale might not move right away. Am i right?

Morning girls

Today I am 67 kg :(

What is going on.. :(

Yesterday I had 2 toast with salad,
Lunch alittle veg and rice
90 minutes of cardio
Last night. Salad with Chickpeas and a fried egg sandwich with lots of lettuce

I have decided to have only 2 slices of toast in a day not anymore than that

give the scale some time ladies you didn't gain the weight over night so u wont be getting rid of it overnight either :p just stay strong and continue eating your healthy foods along with workouts... make sure to get atleast get strength training in once or twice in a week helps metabolism and build muscle :D

Morning girls..

So last night was productive I think

Went to the gym at 6 pm

did a class of Zumba
Did a class of spinning
did 10 minutes on the treadmill and
finished with a street dance class

For Food,

I had fried Egg Sandwich
Salad with Tuna, Chickpeas and Olive Oil dressing
Muller Corner Yoghurt
and Milk

I DID not eat after 4 apart from an apple :slight_smile:

So quite happy

I weighed in this morning and am 66.7 kg but I won’t let the scales deter me..

INSHALLAH will get there, how are all of you doing..

Okay guys I'm in. A bit late to join but lets hope I can do it.

I am 127 lbs at the moment and I need to be around 117 lbs. So that's 10 lbs in total.

i know i felt the same when i lost only 3lbs in 2 weeks :bummer:
but i think you need to eat more and lots more water too

I am a bit late but I am gona join in anyways.
So far I have started doing jillian work out 30 mins every day and controlling my diet.

currently: 68kgs. Need to get down to atleast 62 and then onwards.

3lbs in 2weeks is not bad at all :smilestar: thats 1.5lb/week which is awesome! :slight_smile:

Hey girls

2 Spinning classes last night

2 egg sandwiches (1 morning and one night :( )

I have finished the bread so no more bread from tomorrow :) .. I hate wasting things so had to finish..

My weight this am is 66.5 which I guess is going down a bit..

I am off home for 3 days .. and really want to continue the exercise..
